“We had a great stay in this cabin, very friendly hosts and good location.”
+We loved the cabin; the host met us when we arrived and gave us a short tour of the town (Dalvik) so we could get our bearings and find the associated hostel where we could shower. We really appreciated having a friendly local contact if we had questions or needed anything. The shared hot pot tub and sauna near the cabins were great for relaxing and the public beach is a short walk away. The fish soup dinner at the associated cafe nearby was amazing as well.

+Lovely cottage with a stunning view. Really enjoyed the hot tub and shower in the yard, for me like at grandma’s :) Super lovely and easy-going host. If you are looking for something cozy and convenient, but still close to nature - that’s a place for you :) I will definitely consider it for the next trip to Dalvík.

+The accommodation at Dalvík Vegamot Cottages was very pleasant. Communication with the owner was great , he was very kind and helpful. We arrived later in the evening, and late check-in was not a problem after prior arrangement. When we arrived, a heated hot tub and a pre-warmed sauna were waiting for us. The cottage itself does not have a shower, but the owner gave us access to one in the old “Farmers House,” about 10 meters away. Overall, I can highly recommend it.
−One thing to keep in mind is that the accommodation is located right next to the main road, opposite the Olís gas station and close to a football field, so it can be a bit noisy at times.

+Wir waren im alten Farm House. Ein herrliches Original, und Bjarni war ein sensationeller Gastgeber. In seinem Café im Dorf gab es eine wunderbare Fischsuppe. Für alle, die das Echte lieben, ist diese Unterkunft ein Must.

−Die Bewertung von Booking 8,9 hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Diese Unterkunft hat 2 verschiedene Ausstattungen, die auf den Bildern gemischt sind. Man erfährt auf der Webseite nicht welche Ausstattung man gebucht hat. Man kommt an und ist enttäuscht, weil man eine Ausstattung von 8,9 erwartet und nicht für eine Bewertung von 8,9, 700 m zu einer normalen Dusche fahren muss. Die vorhandene Dusche neben dem Bungalow ist draußen ohne Sichtschutz und für Schampoo nicht geeignet. Straßenlärm war zu hören und es war sehr fußkalt. Für große Menschen ist das WC-Kabine zu klein.

“Wir hatten zwei entspannte Nächte und haben das abendliche Bad in den Hot Spots sehr genossen.”
+Unkompliziert, der Hot Pot hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile.
−Die Outdoordusche könnte einen Sichtschutz vertragen, so musste man in der von allen Seiten einsehbaren Landschaft duschen. Das Haus schien etwas lieblos gestaltet zu sein, die Treppe war kaputt - man hätte stürzen können, in den Laken waren Löcher, der Holzfußboden hatte defekte Stellen, an denen man sich Splitter einreißen konnte.

+El lugar esta bien situado. El anfitrion es un tipo encantador que se hace perdonar cualquier fallo que uno pudiera encontrar. La cabaña tenia muchas carencias pero el tipo era un encanto.

+excellent communication with the caring and kind host, always helpful, nice little cottage situated close to the main road and sport fields without significant noise disturbance, a little less space in the bathroom for larger people :) beautiful nature all around

+Heel knusse cottage, vriendelijke host, heerlijk bed en leuke hot tub en sauna. Vlakbij eetgelegenheden en mooie bezienswaardigheden. Aanrader!
