“Great location, disappointing balcony”
+Clean rooms, good location.
−Balcony shoud not be listed as existing. The boiler occupies half of it and in the other half you can fit one person standing. If you want an apartment with balcony, this is not it.

“Nice and cozy”
+Nice and cozy apartment. Very confy bed and excellent shower. All facilities. Close to the sea and to the Panoramic Bari Wheel.

−The building is really under construction, the apt was dirty, bathroom with mould and a lot of dust and spiderwebs

+The location is very good, close to all points of interest: beach, railway station, old city center The kitchen had all you need
−The bathroom has poor ventilation and because of this, a smell directly to sofa room; also not very clean the building is old and under construction

“Bright and well equipped apartment in excellent location”
+The apartment was exactly as advertised, basic and bright accommodation. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, good shower and nice tea/coffee provided as well as water in the fridge. The location was perfect half way between the old town and the beach, both in very easy walking distance and also right on the bus route. 1 minute walk to an excellent supermarket with everything you could need, as well as small cafes and bars.

+Świetna lokalizacja i dobre wyposażenie Obiekt jest położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - blisko centrum oraz głównej stacji Bari Centrale, co bardzo ułatwiło nam poruszanie się po mieście. W mieszkaniu było czysto i znaleźliśmy tam wszystko, co potrzebne, bo obiekt jest dobrze wyposażony. Jedynym minusem było mało wygodne łóżko w głównym salonie. Poza tym szczegółem wszystko było super i jak najbardziej polecamy to miejsce!

+Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése,közel van a központhoz, a satrandhoz,egy széles választékú vegyesbolthoz,buszmegállókhoz és a tengerparti sétányhoz!Kényelmes volt a nagyobb szobában lévő ágy.
−A légkondícionáló nem működött megfelelően.Nekem hiányzott a mikrohullámú sütő.A víz a kilépőn lévő tartályon keresztül jött be a lakásba,és az elhasznált vízmennyiséget egy hangos motorral működő szivattyú pótolta a tartályba,ami elfoglalta a kilépő nagy részét.A zuhany üvegfala alul kívül és belül koszos volt,a wc belül a peremnél hugyköves.A törülköző tiszta,de avas étolaj szagú volt.A mennyezeti gipszkartonon 4-5 kivágott lyuk tátongott.Rózsaszín gyerekjáték felmosót,és játék söprűt találtunk csak.A használható ablak és kilépő ajtaja a házak közötti belső udvarra nyílott,így sokan beláthattak a lakásba,amikor szellőztettünk.(Egy ablak nyílik a lakások közti körfolyosóra is,de azt meg sem próbáltuk kinyitni az ételszag és a büdös,dohos ház szag miatt.Az ablakon és a kilépő ajtaján egy használhatatlan árnyékoló volt.Nekem túl minimalista a berendezés,például nem volt ruhásszekrény.
