+Spacious, clean and sunny apartment, located approximatelly on 20 minutes walking distance from the city center, it has two bathrooms and two terraces, there is an air-conditioner in every room, the host is polite and the communication is very fast and easy through WhatsApp.There are bus-stops in a walking distance, the neighbourhood is calm and quite.
−1. The electricity- the first evening the weather was a little colder- we have tried to turn on the three air-conditioners and the fuse immediatelly went down. It was not possible to use them at the same time, since the fuse was going down almost immediately.It was explained to us that the electricity is with a limit of 3 kw and obviously with three air-conditioners and with a boiler on, the limit was reached. 2.The boiler- it is only one for the two bathrooms, and its capacity is not big, we were 6 people and after one of us took a bath, we have to wait around 30 minutes for having a hot water for the next one. 3, Something small- there was not a trash can in the smaller bathroom. 4. There isn't a microwave and a coffee -machine, it will be good to have at least a microwave in the apartment.

“A great place for a family or a group of friends.”
+The apartment is in a quiet residential area but quite central. We have no problem finding parking in front of the apartment, which consists of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an AC in the bedrooms. Everything was great and the host was lovely and very helpful. It is about 15 minutes walk to Piazza Sulis, the city centre. The apartment is situated on the first floor and there is no elevator. If I am back in Alghero, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
−The only thing that I did not like was that there was no free wife, although to be fair, this was written on the Booking.com description. The twin bedroom did not have a bedside table so I had to leave mobile phone and other stuff on the floor near the bed. Other than that everything was perfect.

+fantastico rapporto qualità-prezzo, per il mese di agosto. posizione ottima e zona tranquilla. oltre a poter andare in centro a piedi la sera, si trova vicino ad alcune fermate di bus (comodo per chi come noi non aveva noleggiato l'auto). casa ampia e spaziosa, con tutto il necessario. host disponibile e professionale.

+Appartement spacieux et dans un environnement calme avec possibilité fin juin de se garer dans la rue.
−L'appartement est vieillot et les produits ménagers et autres produits type gel douche, shampoing, papier toilettes....etc..etc... sont disponibles de part la bienveillance des précédents occupants. En clair la propriétaire ne fournit pas ces prestations là. Il n'y a pas de micro-onde, pas de cafetière électrique et pas de lave vaisselle. La cabine de douche se ferme difficilement, il manque un miroir face au lavabo dans une des salles de bains, les serviettes de toilettes sont vieillottes et rêches et si la clim est dans chaque pièce, il est impossible de les mettre toutes en même temps. Nous avons eu à subir une coupure de courant et nous avons dû réenclencher le disjoncteur à l’extérieur de l'appartement après échange téléphonique avec la propriétaire. Enfin, il nous a été demandé la veille de notre départ de laisser sur la table de la cuisine un montant en espèces de la taxe de séjour 3 fois supérieur au montant affiché lors de la réservation via booking, soit 48€ au lieu de 12 €. Après clarification, nous avons laissé sur la table de la cuisine le montant prévu lors de la réservation, à savoir 12 €.

+Przestronny apartament, 3 sypialnie, salon, 2 łazienki, duża kuchnia z jadalnią. Bezpłatny parking przy sąsiednich ulicach. Do centrum 15 minut spacerem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Świetna baza do zwiedzania Alghero i okolic.

“Perfecto”
+Estaba muy limpio. Camas muy cómodas. Muy espacioso. En las fotos no se aprecia, está mejor de lo que parece. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La atención de Diletta perfecta. Aparcamiento en pleno agosto delante del apartamento. Caminando al centro unos 15 minutos. Hasta la playa de Alghero un poco más, unos 30 minutos. Pero es perfecto para ver el centro de Alghero y no tener que preocuparte de aparcar el coche. Hemos estado 5 personas y muy bien.
