“Beautiful apartment situated in great part of town.”
+The property is a beautiful apartment on the edge of the old town and 10 mins from the station. It is finished to a very high standard, and nothing has been left out.
−The only issue which you can’t do anything about, due to the age of the building is the narrow stairs. Even then Giovanni took my luggage to and from the apartment.

“Location to transport good”

−The property was on the third level, and we were fortunate to be travelling with small bags. It would not suit anyone with mobility issues, or people travelling with large bags as the stairs were very steep. The area was convenient for access to trains and buses, but the neighbourhood itself was definitely in the poorer part of town. The accommodation was split over two floors connected by a steep spiral staircase. The kitchen and second bathroom were upstairs, that is why our travel companions used the bathroom downstairs. Because of the staircase, we ended up sharing one bathroom.

−It was very hot in the bathroom upstairs, but it’s understandable cause there’s no AC there and it was extremely hot outside. In the bedrooms AC was working great so this wasn’t a big issue!

“Great location with nice terrace”
+Huge terrace with outdoor shower, loved it. It’s in the city center so you can reach everything within minutes.
−The pressure in the shower was weird. You should check it out. In order to reach the property you have to climb a lot of stairs.

“Fantastisch appartement op een geweldige locatie,midden in de stad!”
+De ligging is werkelijk fantastisch! Dichtbij de pleinen en de kerken. Fantastisch leuk appartement met alles erop en eraan. Gianni is een supervriendelijke host! De trap om naar het appartement te komen vereist wat oefening, maar hé,na een paar dagen gaat ook dit soepel.

+We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. It is very nicely decorated and has two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. There is also a second bathroom upstairs, next to the kitchen. We especially loved the beautiful terrace, which was a perfect place to relax.The apartment is very close to the city centre and many of the city’s main attractions.
−The only small things to improve are the lack of air conditioning in the kitchen, as it can get very hot in summer, and the water pressure and drainage in the upstairs bathroom. Luckily, there is another bathroom downstairs.

−Zamawiałam apartament dla jednej osoby dwupokojowy po przyjedzie okazało się że jeden pokój był zamknięty na klucz więc nie było możliwości korzystania z niego. Mieszkanie na wejście z tyłu kamienicy w wąskim przejściu - śmierdziało ciągle moczem. Mieszkanie ciemne , kuchnia u góry bez klimatyzacji co przy 40 stopniowym upale było nie do zniesienia .

“Overall, if it weren't for the shower issues, our stay was great. I would happily stay here again.”
+Apartments are located in the very center of Palermo. Very convenient for people without car and with small luggage. It is ideal that there are two separate bedrooms. and the rooms are not interconnecting. very comfortable beds. both bedrooms have air conditioning. One bedroom has its own bathroom. The second wc with shower is on the second floor near the kitchen. Stunning view from a terrace. There are a lot of vibe interior things in apartment, you can feel Italy from the first step in. Gianni is very friendly, met us, helped with luggage and showed everything , also gave us an advice where to eat and what to see.
−The stairs in the entrance are quite steep. And if you have a huge luggage, be ready to do some efforts. Also, The showers need a little repair already. One of the showers was leaking water onto the floor and the other had a broken door.
