+First of all I would like to say that the landlady kept communicating with us during the whole time and never overlooked our questions and requests! This is was one of the kindest people I ever knew as a host. The apartment was really huge and could accommodate a family of 4 or even more people. The location was excellent and we were so close to a supermarket and just 10 minutes away from the city center and the marina. Our host was constantly offering things for us to visit and this was almost 100% of what we saw and it was excellent! There was also elevator which helped with luggage and also we were allowed a late check-in and check out (we truly appreciated it)!
−Well. The bathroom was uncomfortable in many ways. Too tight shower cabin, cannot even bend. There's no wall hanger or tray where you could place your shower gel. I am a bit taller than my travel companion and I was supposed to shower with no doors closed and water was leaking everywhere outside in the bathroom. The bathtub had no shower stand to hang and that made it useless unless you want to lie in the bathtub. A simple glass wall and a shower holder will do the magic and the water won't go over the toilet and the whole bathroom. The kitchen sink was not draining at all, but thanks to the host and me asking her to provide detergent, we could fix it. There was no cooking trays for the oven we could use, and the cleanliness of the kitchen was not good (especially the fridge hasn't been cleaned well at all). There was also issues with the electricity. The moment you turn the oven on, the whole apartment looses the electricity and we had to manually fix it 5 times at least until we cook something. This was happening during our whole stay as we cooked all the time. The air-conditioning in the living room was collecting the water in a water tank that we had to empty in every couple of

+Location of the apartment is within walking distance from the historical center and everything else you might need - bus stop to the airport and other cities close by, suoermarket, bars, shops in general. Pristine clean, fully equiped, good value for money. Great xommunication with the host, available with suggestions and help overall. Highly recommended!

“A great stay in Alghero”
+The apartment was clean, spacious and had a homely feel. Both bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. The three balconies let a lot of light in the apartment and we enjoyed having breakfast in the sunny kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Alghero but closed to supermarkets, shops and at a walking distance to the old town and port. It was easy to park our car on the street. Check in and check out were both straight forward. Alba was very attentive and provided us with useful information about restaurants and local beaches.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alghero and at Dade apartment. Alghero is a beautiful city.”
+Alba met us on arrival. She allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight and also allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight home. She was so friendly warm and welcoming when she met us . She left a lovely welcome pack for us. Croissants and cakes, milk and a lovely bottle of the local white wine. She was so helpful in giving us information about the area and things to do and nice places to eat. And texted us during our stay to see if we needed anything. She is an exceptional host and I would highly recommend this property.
−Apartment was a little off the beaten track but a lovely leisurely walk into the main part of the Old Town and beach area every evening.

“A Dream come true”
+I was warmly welcomed and shown around the apartment. Alba provided all essentials which was a lovely touch and very useful when one arrives. Apartment was spacious, clean and had all amenities for families and solo travellers. She was always available to assist with anything (taxis, activity recommendations) and kept in touch to make sure all was well. I appreciated her support as it was my first time to Alghero. This is a wonderful place in a central location close by to buses and the old town. If you're looking for a more relaxed, classic, cozy place to stay instead of conventional hotels, I highly recommend booking with her.

“Excellent!”
+The apartment was wonderful - spacious, clean and very pretty! There was everything we needed and more, washing machine, coffe maker, full kitchen equipment, essential cosmetics, very efficient air conditioners, beach accessories. We had an amazing time there. And last but not least, the hostess is such a nice person - she was very helpful and gave us useful tips about Alghero and area.

“Fantastic, worth to visit!”
+Extremely helpful host, giving many great recommendations (food,places to visit and beaches). Place is very well equiped, super comfortable kitchen, air conditioning in every room. Beautiful furnitures. You get towels, even beach umbrella is in the place. The location is ~10 minutes away from centre and ~5 minutes from beach bus and nice supermarket. The parking near to the apartment is free.
