“Great apartment, you need to be prepared to walk or get public transport”
+The apartment is spacious, and exceptionally clean and very well equipped. It accommodates 4 adults comfortably. There is nothing you need that is not provided. Plenty of coffee pods to go in the machine. Washing machine detergent is provided if you need it. Soap and shower wash. Fabulous balconies with all the rooms. Air conditioning units make the apartment very comfortable. Full size fridge with a freezer box was a bonus to freeze you water bottles. We had to contact the host for support who was brilliant, helped us out, we felt looked after. Overall, excellent!
−The area is a 30 minute walk from the train and bus station. It is in a residential area which could be cleaner. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The rubbish bins are stored under the stairs and can be quite smelly when you are entering or exiting the building. The power will cut out if you run a shower, washing machine and coffee machine at the same time but it was no major problem as the host provided instructions on how to get the power back on. The coffee machine can also be used to boil water for a cup of tea. Would prepare a separate kettle

“A great great vacation.”
+The apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay, even for a longer period of time. It is very clean. Close to a supermarket : 5- 7 minute. Just 15 min walking to city center Massimo theater Palermo - it is the point where the old city begin. Ernesto is a perfect host.

“Soggiorno piacevole, appartamento ben fornito e super pulito”
+Appartamento ben arredato e pulito. Ben fornito e attrezzato. Host attento e pronto a risolvere ogni piccolo problema. Posizione appena fuori dal centro ma super comoda.
−Lavori per il passante ferroviario possono essere un po’ rumorosi soprattutto al mattino presto

+Appartement proche du centre, bien équipé et bien rénové. Le propriétaire est arrangeant et serviable. Il y a 3 climatisations ce qui est très appréciable en plein été. Merci pour l’eau et le café !
−L’appartement se situe au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. A prendre en compte si besoin. Manque un micro ondes.

+L'emplacement du logement à l'entrée de la Vielle ville 2 salles de bains avec deux chambres éloignées ce qui est mieux pour l'intimité quand on est 4
−les poubelles dans l'entrée de l'immeuble avec prolifération de cafards... la décoration de l'appartement est un peu désuète... Manque un micro onde, bouilloire...

−Hätten wir gewusst, dass sich direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer eine der größten Baustellen Palermos befindet, hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gemietet.
