“Superb”
+It was all very good, the bedrooms were comfortable as well as the dining area, kitchen would be nice to have a microwave but in general it was all very good. Trains station very close.
−Energy in the apartment went down one night. Guess because we were using electric stove and oven caused a short circuit but the rest was all good. We recommend it

“Excellent location close to public transport”
+Close to tram and bus and fairly close to metro station. Fairly close to supermarket opened 24/7. Close to many restaurants. Very clean. Equipped with excellent shades, you can make the apartment dark even during the day. Equipped with all the necessities. Very nice, responsive and caring host. Would return at any time!
−Nothing was particularly wrong. The block of flats is quite serene, although the dog in the apartment above could have been barking and running around less actively.

+The host was very friendly and accommodating. The property is close to the bus station and tram line. Great location with a few shops around. Safe and spacious. There was some snacks n coffee left for us too.

−L'électricité pas stable, c'est à dire on ne peut pas allumer le four et le climatiseur en même temps sinon il y aura une coupure d'électricité et on est obligé de sortir de l'appartement et descendre pour remettre le disjoncteur en marche

−Muy deteriorado. Tenía un aviso de no usar cocina eléctrica y aire acondicionado a la vez, virus preocupación por la seguridad del lugar. No tenía extractor de cocina. Menaje de cocina muy sucios y en mil mal estado. Escape en el tanque de agua de baño. No aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Cocina muy sucio, incluso con restos de alimentos. Nos cobraron 60 euros extra de impuestos. No opción ni de early check-in o late checkout

“Sem energia, com calor e com fome.”
+Para uma família faltou utensílios na cozinha.
−Faltou energia na acomodação e responsável só resolveu no outro dia, tudo AP é elétrico, fogão, ar condicionado, internet, etc. Fazia 40°C e não conseguimos dormir, buscamos outra acomodação, mas não encontramos no valor que podíamos pagar e ficamos. Pior que falta de energia foi o descaso.
