“overall we enjoyed our stay there, good value to money, very nice host”
+the host was very nice and helpful, responded quickly, she met us herself and handed the keys. she even let us leave our baggage for couple hours so we could have nice breakfast in the city before departure. thank you a lot for hosting us! the apartment is beautiful, located in a nice calm neighborhood, we felt safe walking late in the evening. however, keep in mind that it's not close to center, but we were ok with walking long distances. the main bedroom has this beautiful little balcony, with sun shining in it gives you this italian vibe, don't know how to discribe it, very beautiful, photo attached :) also I had some work to do on my laptop, so having an office desk and chair was very comfortable.
−it seemed that the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly as the first one had some hair lying in the drain, we ended up not using that shower, fortunately the apt has 2 bathrooms :) also keep in mind that the walls are pretty thin so birds singing, cars driving by, people walking in and out - you hear everthing :)

“Good stay, friendly host”
+the furniture and everything is very modern, the host very helpful and friendly. the bus station is close by. the 2 bathrooms.
−the second room was smaller and the bed unfortunately not made for 2 grown ups. we are both not big people but the 2nd bed is not good. the walls are, as always in Italy, very thin. in the sower there are broken tiles, the wifi did not work from within the apartment ( but received the one of the host above), open washing bottles were found in both showers, not all surfaces were clean.

“UN INCUBO SENZA FINE”
−Esperienza gravissima. Struttura indicata su Booking come **“intera unità accessibile su sedia a rotelle”**, ma in realtà per me, disabile in carrozzina, era **inaccessibile e pericolosa**. All’arrivo ho trovato circa **10 scalini** e un ascensore minuscolo, non adatto alle mie esigenze. Per entrare sono stato costretto a farmi prendere in braccio e salire senza carrozzina, rischiando seriamente di cadere almeno **3 o 4 volte**. Ho avuto davvero paura per la mia incolumità. Non potevo muovermi normalmente e non ho potuto nemmeno fare colazione seduto nella mia carrozzina. Gestione pessima: prima dell’arrivo avevo chiesto assistenza e una telefonata, ma ricevevo solo mail sui documenti. La mattina dopo, alle **7**, la figlia del titolare è venuta a suonare svegliandoci solo per chiedere ancora i documenti. Ha detto di non sapere nulla della mia disabilità, ma non è vero: l’avevo già comunicato chiedendo un materasso adatto alle mie condizioni. Il padre ha poi minimizzato tutto dicendo che erano “solo pochi scalini” e insinuando che avessi fatto un teatrino per non pagare. Parole offensive e umilianti. +Appartamento molto grande, arioso luminoso e "pensato" molto bene. Di recente ristrutturazione. Quartiere molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Ottimo luogo dove soggiornare.
