“Good”
+Good location. The kitchen has most of what you need (adding a frying pan would be helpful) to prepare and cook with. It was easy to find the place and to get the keys.
−The place could be cleaner. There was a fine layer of dust on most of the surfaces. The 'blankets' on the bed were thin and flimsy but luckily I found a flannel blanket in the wardrobe -had I not, I would not have been comfortable and I surely would have been cold. There is a drainage problem in the bathroom shower. Water went everywhere and I had to spend time wiping floors and wringing out towels after my shower.

“Good”
+The apartment is well stocked and has all the appliances in the kitchen you need to have a great stay. Full size refrigerator and nice oven. Washer was a plus very spacious space.
−As a solo female traveler I found that the area is on the rough side, the street is very dark at night, with no light In front of the main entrance of the building. The motion sensor in the corridor of my floor turns on and off too fast. The mattress is old and stained. It will be nice to air the apt. before a guest comes in, there was a bad smell when I entered.

“cozy apartment to stay”
+I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is a bit on the edge of city center, but there is tram, subway and train few minutes walk away that you can take to go to downtown. So the transportation wise is really convenient. The apartment feels really cozy and quiet. We never hear the neighbors and it’s located in a quiet street.
