+The location and the building itself were good and easy to reach. Calm place , 15 min from the city center by car. The parking spot was available in the private garage. A small grocery shop is just 5 min away from the place. Big Lidl is 2 min away by car or 15 min walking. Great balcony with a perfect sea view. The kitchen was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. We spent two weeks there and we had a chance to cook what we wanted without any limitations. The apartment is spacious and modern, more than enough room for 2 people.
−It could have been 10/10 with some care. Window shutter were completely broken in both bedrooms what blocked the air circulation during the night. Washing machine also wasn't working properly and definitely required a maintenance to fix the issue with a spin cycle. The light bulb in the smaller bedroom was almost dead and together with a closed shutters created a permanent night in that room. We didn't use it but it wouldn't be a pleasure to spend two weeks there if there was a third person with us. Some complementary things such as a few coffee pods or washing machine tablets could create much better impression, in my opinion. I wish the host to fix all these small inconveniences to get 10/10 rate here. :)

−The beds were a bit too stiff for our likings and the water pressure was a bit too low. All of those are personal preference tho.

−Vi havde booket netop denne lejlighed på grund af at der var en vaskemaskine. Vi rejser med små kabinekufferter og har derfor brug for tøjvask under ferien. Vaskemaskinen duede ikke. Den kunne hverken vaske eller centrifugere. Så det var et træls problem. Strygebrættet var ikke brugbart...Ingen betræk på. Bruseforhænget var ulækkert og snavset/beskidt. Vi rettede henvendelse til Rebecca om en eventuel kompensation, men fik ingen respons/svar. Hilsen Carsten Svendsen

+Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.
−Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Zudem war der Rollladen in einem Zimmer defekt und der Toilettensitz locker. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Dusche nicht richtig abschließbar, sodass beim Duschen das gesamte Bad nassgespritzt wurde.

+Apartament w nowym budownictwie. Sypialnie dość przestronne. Zapewnione ręczniki kąpielowe Wyposażona kuchnia.
−Brak windy, a piętro 3 Nie działające rolety w sypialniach ( wogole sie nie otwierały, w momencie kiedy przychodziła noc w sypialniach było ciemno). W jednej z sypialni światło było tak słabe jakby go nie było, w połączeniem z niedziałającą roletą temat średni) Nie działająca pralka. Brak odpowiedzi na wiadomości od gospodarza.

−Jedne rolete su potrgane, fali manja rasvjeta u sp.sobama, fali rezervna cista posteljina i pokrivac, ima aparat za kavu ali nije bila ostavljena niti jedna patrona, dosta velika buka od prometa

+Espacios cómodos , instalaciones de buena calidad . Muy bien equipada y todo de buena calidad. Hermosa vista desde el balcón. A 20 min en auto de la zona turística de Split, en muy lindo barrio
−No funcionaba el lavarropas . El baño se moja mucho al ducharse porque la cortina no alcanza para evitarlo . Estaría bueno que aclaren que es tercer piso y no hay ascensor. Felizmente nosotros no tenemos dificultades .
