“Fab, would probably book again if I needed to stay in the liverpool area”
+The property was clean, tidy and affordable, the shared bathroom was kept clean by all guests, the location was good and had both on and off street parking. I needed to contact the staff and they were super helpful giving me all the information I needed and were happy to go the extra mile to assist us
−The room had some slight damage to the wallpaper but other than that no complaints

“Never stay here, what a nightmare”
+The only thing I liked was that the bed was clean, the reat of the place was not pleasant.
−This is obviously a HMO (house of multiple occupancy) which is not made clear before booking or following confirmation.. upon arrival you realise there are 2 bathrooms on the first floor which are used by 5 other room. The bathrooms were a mess (unflushed toilet, wet bath mats in a heap in the middle of the floor, beauty products on the floor),and frequently busy. There is no onsuit and no facilities in the room. There is no mirror in the room and the room is cold with a small plug in electric heater (which shorts out) (and does not warm up the room at all). The downstairs of the house was full of drunk women who shouted at me and my daughter for using the bathroom for 3 mins. The women downstairs were noisy all night, shouting and swearing and sitting on the stairs or in their rooms with music blasting out. In the morning both downstairs rooms had their doors wide open. There was a woman lying naked on the floor asleep and 2 others laying naked on the bed with both room doors wide open. After being unable to sleep all night we left at 9am, there were hight heels and men shoes spread all over the ground floor and beer cans. The neighbourhood is not nice looking either with rubbish

“good location good size and easy to access etc”
+it was a good size and really nice, there was just no heating when we got there so we had to wait for the builders to finish until we could go out
−it was cold at first and no hot water but it was fixed after a few hours

−Abbiamo chiesto un divano in più da aggiungere per mettere una quarta persona nella camera, ci hanno chiesto 30 sterline in più, come è giusto che sia, ma non c'erano le lenzuola per questo letto
