“Beautiful home on Phillip Island.”
+The house was very comfortable and it was truly beautiful there. The beds were great as well and the shower/bathroom was top notch!
−Although communication was quick and helpful, the automated messages were confusing and didn't pertain to us so we spent a lot of time looking for things that weren't there. But once we communicated with the owner, it was quick and they cleared it up quickly.

“Comfortable accommodation at a great location”
+Cweed was very comfortable and exactly how it looked in the photos. The deck was lovely. We enjoyed the Rainbow Lorikeets that were there to say Hello. Comfortable beds and great pillows. We loved Phillip Island and all it had to offer.

+Proximity to the race track
−It was NOT clean. There were multiple damaged items, chairs, shade umbrella, ballasted wire etc. A refusal to provide access about 30 minutes early, allowing us to unload vehicles and go to the shops for food.

+We absolutely loved the location. Easy walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the large deck.
−The kitchen taps were a bit wobbly.

−Fan in 2nd bedroom on West thus hottest side of house not working,flywire screen broken on main door,broken shade umbrella, excruciating noise when dishwasher filling, confusing pre- info about linen provision.

−Unfortunately the place was extremely dusty & seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while. It’s also quite small & was cramped with 4 people.

+It had everything you need. Beds and sheets were very nice. Fire was great. Loved the location. All the nice little touches do make a difference. Shower was amazing!
−Nothing. Perhaps move the shelving so the wood basket has more room.

+Cute beachy atmosphere with a lovely deck outside for tea and BBQ in the sunshine. Beds were very comfy. The shower is modern and spacious. Undercover private parking on site. Wood fire with plenty of wood provided! Quiet little suburb.
−Some of the doors are difficult to open/jammed. Facilities such as the dishwasher and microwave dont work properly. Be advised its accessed via stairs only and can get slippery if its been raining.
