+The apartment was in a good location, within 20m there is a pharmacy and a corner shop. Public transport connection is good. The apartment is well equipped. Good private, peaceful and quiet.
−The only downside is the extreme humidity and black mold in some places.

“Cozy apartment in the heart of Budapest”
+Convenient contactless check-in , the host sent very detailed instructions, and there were no issues with the check-in process. The location of the apartment is very convenient: within walking distance there’s a metro station, a supermarket, and a hardware store. The entrance to the apartment is through an inner courtyard, which protects it from street noise. The apartment fully matches the description. It’s stylishly decorated, very clean, and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, so you can easily cook something delicious anytime. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious.

+L’emplacement était au top proche de la gare de métro 4 et proche des lignes du tram. À proximité également du quartier juif
−Pas de machine à café mais seulement une bouilloire. Pas de balai pour faire un brin de ménage durant le séjour, et odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Prendre des serviettes de bains personnelles car une grande et une petite par personne ne ne suffisent pas pour une semaine .

−A lakás koszos volt, a padló ragadt és poros volt, a fürdőszoba penészes, a falak összerúgdosva, és az apartmanban az alapszag is borzasztó volt. A lakásban nem volt semmilyen eszköz, amivel felmoshattunk volna. A falak papír vékonyak, a szomszédok minden szavát hallottuk, és még azt is, ha leraktak egy poharat az asztalra. A bejárati ajtó nyitása és zárása kifelyezetten nehéz volt. A képek több éve készülhettek, mert egyáltalán nem tükrözik a valóságot.

+Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja vastasi kuvia. Sijainti ensiluokkainen, alue on todella rauhallinen ja viihtyisä sekä lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen oli helppoa. Majoittuisin täällä uudelleen.
−Asunnossa on kosteusongelmia, huoneilma oli hyvin kostea eikä ilmalämpöpumpulla pystynyt vaikuttamaan asiaan. Tämä vähensi jonkin verran viihtyvyyttä.

−Wir haben 5 Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht und unsere Erfahrung war sehr enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht sauber und es gab einen starken, sehr unangenehmen Feuchtigkeitsgeruch, der während des gesamten Aufenthalts präsent war. Die Feuchtigkeit ist offensichtlich ein erhebliches und ungelöstes Problem. Eine Nachbarin kam sogar zu uns, um zu fragen, ob wir ebenfalls Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit hätten. Sie erklärte uns, dass sie auch darunter leidet und aufgrund einer Allergie drei Nächte nicht in der Wohnung schlafen konnte. Das zeigt deutlich, dass dieses Problem bekannt und ernst ist. Wir waren außerdem überrascht, dass keinerlei Reinigungsmittel oder -utensilien zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, was für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt absolut notwendig ist. Zudem wurden nur zwei Handtücher für die gesamte Dauer bereitgestellt, was unzureichend ist. Was den Fernseher betrifft, funktionierte dieser nicht. Wir haben den Gastgeber kontaktiert, der uns an eine andere Telefonnummer verwiesen hat. Trotz mehrerer Versuche haben wir keine Antwort erhalten und mussten daher die gesamten fünf Tage ohne Fernseher verbringen. Außerdem war die Matratze sehr unbequem, was u
