“Hard pass.”
+Review: Extremely Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room smelled strongly of mold, and there were no towels available, leaving us unable to shower. The toilet would not flush properly, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary experience. To make matters worse, the bed was in a terrible state,underneath the blanket, there was visible dirt, crumbs, and what appeared to be scabs and dried mucus. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. On top of the poor conditions inside, the outdoor pool was a major letdown. The chlorine levels were so high that we couldn’t even swim, and there were no pool towels available,further emphasizing the lack of basic amenities since there were none for showering either. Renting this room with the purpose of enjoying the pool was utterly useless. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, amenities, and overall guest comfort.

“Very welcoming staff. Amazing experience in a gated community”
−I just did not like that as understanding as I was trying to be one other person in the location kept complaining about me saying that I was making too much noise but there were other guests as well that were confused when I informed them just to see if others in the same location felt the same.

“Good location for getting out of Cancun by bus”

+The location is perfect near the Puerto Marina mall. There are beautiful little restaurants near by. The suite was gorgeous and had incredible energy. The bed and bedding were very comfy. The decor was tasteful, minimal, modern and well thought out. Security of the neighborhood was lovely. The suite was quiet. Checkin was easy.
−There was an issue with the hot water and I was unable to utilize the hot tub and the bathtub, although the host did state that they found a problem after I indicated it. Hopefully the Zeolita suite gets its own hot water heater and pump to help fill the best part of the suite and others can use the tubs. There was no place to put my luggage and unpacking for 2 nights didn't make sense. A simple surface to place an open luggage would have been lovely, as I had to use the kitchen counter or round couch. A fold down surface or bench would create incredible ease for shorter stays. It was unclear if the pool area was for communal use.

+Beautifully designed gorgeous suite, kind hosts, super comfortable bed! In a very safe gated community, in the heart of downtown very close to many restaurants and shops. Also very easy to get to the hotel zone & beaches.
