“Homely, spotless, comfortable and exceptionally equipped.”
+Exceptional stay. The house felt very homely, comfortable and extremely well maintained. The amenities were excellent and very comprehensive , having a fully equipped kitchen plus a washing machine and dryer was especially useful after hiking Snowdon. The bedding was great quality, the mattress was very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The house itself is spacious, with a lovely back garden. Overall, a very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped place to stay.
−Only one minor point: check-in is quite late at 4pm, while check-out is still relatively early at 10am. It would be great if the timings could be a little more flexible, perhaps closer to a 2-3pm check-in and 11am-12pm check-out, which feels more in line with many other stays.

“An amazing location, a beautiful stay and lovely hosts.”
+I loved how stocked up the place was and how homely it felt. Everything was neat and clean. The cherry on the top was the folder of brochures and things to do.
−I struggled a bit with the locking of the main door. The lock seems to be a bit faulty and would not lock easily.

“The cottage was lovely in a very good position to access town and lake”
+It looks small from the outside but it is incredibly roomy inside and lovely to have a garden you can sit out in.
−I usually prefer a place with a designated parking area and thus didn’t have one. However I did manage to park on the road right outside.

“Excellent place to stay if wanting a base for a Snowdon climb”
+Perfect location and excellent Beds very comfortable Really good little book with info about cottage was very helpful
−Lack of parking but we knew parking wasn’t guaranteed when booking. Water pressure wasn’t great when showering/filling the bath Locking/unlocking the door was tricky at times

+This was such a wonderful little cottage, with such an amazing vibe. The surrounding areas were stunning and the little stream running through the garden was gorgeous.
−Only thing we noticed was the can opener didnt work but thats nothing to do with the property

“One of the nicest cottages I have stayed in”
+Fantastic location, with easy access to Snowdon and Llyn Padarn walks. The Spar,shops and pub were a couple of minutes away. The cottage was cosy and amazingly clean, with logs for the fire- and really welcome milk and Welsh cakes to help us settle in. The host was in constant contact and so kind and helpful. She had left a useful set of walks / runs with maps which were a great way to help us get orientated.

“Fantastic cottage stay in Snowdonia”
+Immaculately kept cottage. Well managed and maintained. Good location for access to shops, nearby lake or hiking.
−Parking could be an issue for large SUVs/vans as it is on a single lane road which can get busy at certain times of the day (photos of the exterior are shown on the site).

“Great location for exploring Snowdonia.”
+Clean, with good facilities. Good size for a short break. Managed to park outside for the whole of our stay. Good small enclosed garden is great for the dog.
−Glass door to bathroom gives no privacy- had to hang a towel over the door.
