+This may be my favourite apartment I've ever stayed in! Flavio is helpful, friendly and gave us great information. The apartment is beautiful, in such a great location in the heart of Como old town - walking distance to everything. Parking nearby is free overnight and reasonably priced during the day. Everything is clean, well equipped, comfortable and appealing. Id love to come back again in the near future, and stay for much longer this time!

“Too good to keep scrolling!”
+Words could not do justice to the apartment, location, cleanliness, consideration and communication from the owner Flavio. A truly unforgettable experience. Coming back to this apartment after long days out exploring was just perfect and well well worth it. Flavio had thought of everything you could possibly need or might have forgotten from mini toothbrushes and paste to extra towels and bedding, an amazing steam iron and even bottled water in the fridge. The apartment was beautifully furnished, the tech on point, the beds super comfortable, the balconies quaint and the ambience tranquil. It was a short walk from the train station walking through the shopping area so close to amenities and a short and easy walk to the lake and some lovely restaurants. Flavio was always only a message away to support and that he did exceptionally well. A lovely host, apartment and place we hope to return to time and time again. Highly recommended!

+Flavio was a really nice host! it was everything really well organized. the flat was super clean and very well equipped (super big wardrobe, nice shower, big kitchen) & the location is top. we definitely will come back! ;)
−the balconies are a bit small...it`s not really possible to sit outside - that was a pity as we had great weather.
