“Loved it. Amazing place.”
+Excellent location. Super well equipped flat. Excellent shower, great kitchen, very comfortable bed. Seems recently renovated. Very smooth checkin process. Loved it.
−Only two minor points, which are not major problems as such. It i s a basement flat, so there isnt much sunlight. And the tram goes right past. I am a light sleeper so I was woken up by the first tram passing each morning at around 5 am.

“Murdar și persoane care intră peste tine.”
+Patul a fost singurul lucru care mi-a plăcut.
−Aerul închis, locul se vedea că nu a fost curatat, fire de par negru pe perna, apa de la duș nu se ducea cum trebuie. Pe lângă acestea, a intrat cineva peste mine în apartament cat timp eram înauntru (aveam ușa încuiată, mi-au deschis-o au văzut că sunt acolo și au plecat).Am stat cu frică și dimineața următoare am plecat la prima oră cum m-am trezit. În același timp, vecinii au încurcat ușa și forțau să îmi deschidă mie ușa iar o doamnă s-a aplecat și mi-a bătut în fereastră

+Blisko centrum. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Poprawnie działająca klimatyzacja. Dwa odbiorniki telewizyjne po dwóch pokojach.
−Trochę problematyczne parkowanie. Niesprawny odpływ od prysznicem.

“Raport preț-calitate bun.”
+Locația foarte bună, aproape de centrul orașului. Raportul calitate-preț foarte bun.
−Patul nu a fost confortabil, scârțâia foarte tare. Faptul că apartamentul este la demisol, este destul de întunecos și nu se poate aerisi foarte bine, având doar două gemulețe mici.

+Posizione comoda, vicina al centro storico. Comoda per il parcheggio davanti al portone di ingresso. Buono soste brevi. Tutto sommato, per quanto abbiamo pagato, va bene.
−Nel nostro caso, abbiamo trovato l’appartamento poco pulito, lo ho comunicato al proprietario e mi ha assicurato che prenderanno provvedimenti. Il letto e il divano letto sono un po’ sfondati e non molto comodi. Non adatti per dormirci più notti.
