+The apartment is a cozy little place near the city centre and all the main attractions. The beds were comfy and there was always hot water.
−First and foremost, the host made us leave way earlier than the listed check out time, which was very upsetting. Second, there is no spa, gym, restaurant or parking. The apartment is in a very old communist era building, and while there are restaurants and bars nearby, they are not in the building. The parking situation is weird, you are supposed to park on the street where there is a no parking sign - the parking is not private as listed.

“Beyond poor not worth any money”
+The positive - Leaving WARNING to anyone booking this apartment, they are scamming! The same apartment is listed twice (do not book!) - It’s listed as; Comfy Cozzy studio flat and again as Super Cozzy studio - flat (I booked the Super because it said it had a gym and spa which is a lie). They know exactly what they are doing if they list the same apartment twice, I will report to booking.com (one has bad reviews the other I booked doesn’t apart from now) I am warning you of false fraudulent adverting, effectively stealing money from me, for a very poor apartment - the only good thing I can say is… I left !
−The bad; animal hairs are on rugs, the apartment is tired and old with a smell outside, chipped furniture (like an old person’s property but not cared for) What they miss off the pictures; The Kitchen is beyond amazingly small, no room to do anything at all and so hot it’s ridiculous, because windows don’t close (one window has tape on it blocking a large hole/gap but it’s old tape and coming off!). The kitchen white double glazing is yellow from heat. Everything is dirty by age and you would not want to use it. The lounge TV doesn’t work, the aircon is old and doesn’t work in the bedroom (well bed hole or whatever it is), it blows away from the bed area and does not cover it, the bedding is old bobbled, damaged and worn, the bed area is red hot (i had to sleep on the couch fully clothed, I dare not do otherwise). The lounge is tired with damage, rug is old/dirty/worn with pet hairs ground into it… the net curtain on the door should have been washed years ago Bathroom; I went to the toilet in the night and was nearly sick, the stench of urine (Ammonia) is overwhelming. The shower has no curtain water goes everywhere… The Apt Is on the 4th floor with no lift (very hard work with cas
