“Nice place just out of the city but within walking distance.”

−Nothing really. The stairs were a bit steep to get up to the room but other than that it was good.

+The place is really nice, many intimate touches, stunning decor. The kitchen and bathroom were perfectly equipped, air conditioning was perfect on some sizzling hot summer days. Location is not central but this means that getting there was easier than to cobblestone zero traffic streets. It was in a great neighborhood, with exceptional coffee place just around the corner. The apartment is very quiet.

+Located in a quiet area. Modern feel and beautiful comfy couch!
−Dragging big bags up steep stairs. The answer is unpack half the bag first then make two trips. The second room is smaller for two single beds but the kids loved it.

+Great location away from the crowds. Clean, unique decor, quiet, easy to check in and out.
−Could have been stocked with basics like paper towels and dish soap (we had to purchase and left for the next visitors).

+The house was clean and the kitchen had all kinds of ingredients for cooking
−The first night we came home the weather was cold. We couldn't turn on the air conditioner to heat the house because it was broken. We could not reach the owner at night, he did not return our messages and the number given for us to call in case of emergency was not answered when we called. We were cold all night. He came and repaired it the next day in the evening. It is very difficult to reach the landlord. The linens were bad and the duvet was coming off. Unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience.

“Great stay for a short trip to Florence”
+Spacious enough for 4 people to stay. Pullout mattress in one room was actually comfortable. Property management was very responsive and helpful to accommodate needs.
−No parking space available (however there is public parking nearby at a fee). Property is upstairs, up a narrow steep staircase. Okay as long as you do not have mobility restrictions or heavy luggage. Walls are EXTREMELY thin. Can hear neighbors conversations and vice versa. Property is in a good location with bars and trattorias nearby, however prepare for a 30 min walk to the Duomo.
