+Brilliant. Cozy and compact, comfortable stay, Bus stop right outside along with convenience shop across the road. Decent coffee shop 7am to the left. Apartment has everything you need, hot water. Host provides all essentials, good communication, easy directions.

+Comfortable and gennerally good facilities. I was able to check in a couple of hours earlier since I came with an early train to Bucharest. Very close to bus stop.
−It would have been good with a more comfortable chair so I had been able to sit and eat and work at the table. I found a foldable chair but it was quite low and did not fit with the table.

“Deposit not returned in full”
+The location was very near to bus and tram stops. Great communication during stay (not so much when asking for deposit back)
−The deposit system is so outdated and the owner in the end doesn't send me back the whole amount.. I politely asked and followed up and he kept delaying and delaying with so many excuses until finally he sent me like half of it at the end of the first week. He kept the other half saying that it's for the tourist tax, which I already paid through booking and it's clearly stated in the invoice. Tried to ask and follow up for the rest and he just ghosted me. So if you are ready to let go of the deposit and pay more than what you are expected to then this place is ok

+The property is located in the heart of the city center, with easy access to transportation and taxis nearby. The host was very kind and hospitable. I had a great stay thanks to the excellent location. I used public transportation for most of my trips, and it was readily available and very convenient.
