“Truly its namesake in a lovely neighborhood, near everything”
+Absolutely cozy. Perfect for the solo traveler. Everything was very good. I could have used a step to get into bed but that's because I'm 5'-5".
−The shower's proximity to the front door was the only detractor.

“Safe and comfortable, but not as clean as I would have liked.”
+The location felt very safe. The hosts gave clear instructions on how to access the property. It is a multi-unit property, but very quiet. The space was cute and comfortable. It had basically everything I needed.
−There was a lack of close attention to cleaning. The bedding and towels were clean and nicely prepared. The carpet in the main area looked like it had been vacuumed. However, there were some missed spots from sweeping, a chair had a significant number of crumbs on it, and the trash can had no bag, with none that I could find in the space (I used a grocery bag). These were small enough issues that I chose to remain in the room.

−Even though it had an air unit, it stayed a little warm.

“Good value for money but don't count on the kitchen”
+The easiness to check-in and out, with the code for the door. The neighbourhood is calm. Good price.
−Some things that I did not like: the studio could have been cleaner, it was a dusty and the fridge was dirty. Even this is a studio, the only way to heat food is a microwave, which can be ok, but what puzzled me was the lack of appliances: only one dish available, and no sink nor soap to clean the one dish. So you end-up cleaning with water in the toilete sink, which does not feel very hygienic. A part from that, the space is ok and comfortable. If there were only a few more dishes and bowls and a bit more clean...

+It was clean and in a good location.
−The bed was extremely soft, and the rain shower head was a bit much for how small the shower is you kind of feel like your drowning.

+Ok value, everything I needed for a stay. "Central" location in GJT.
−"cozy" is stretching the definition of the word pretty far. A hastily converted garage that does not seem to meet code. Egress window? Nah. Random hose spigot inches from an outlet with no drain? sure. L1 drywall finish. Cozy as a storage unit with a bed in it. Property was not ready at the promised time.
