+Very good located. Very well maintained and equipped and clean. Nice rooms and quiet, even though so close to the main pedestrian area.
−It’s on the 4 floor, which is not fun moving in at all. However, once you are inside everything is forgotten.

“Centrally placed apartment the lives up to its name”
+The apartment is just half a block away from the main bar and restaurant street in Sofia, Vitosha Boulevard - an pedestrian's only street that stretches up to the St Nedeila Cathedral and the Serdika Metro Station. Still, there is little or no noise to be heard inside the apartment which is on 4th floor. The area to the other side is more quiet and has a more stylish feel to it. In Sofia there is a 24 hour convenient store in every street, but here you are really close to everything. Sofia is also very walkable, so getting to the Aleksandr Nevskij cathedral area is easy too - and also trams, trolley busses, and metro is very affordable and easy to use. The bed rooms are huge. The apartment has all you need, high quality appliances, it is very spacious, and the temperature inside can easily be regulated - Sofia can be both cold and warm.
−The stairway up to the apartment could need a little renovation, but do not get put off by this - once you are inside the apartment it is all good. Also, the apartment is not so shiny that you need to watch your every step, but clean and cozy.

“El apartamento perfecto”
+Todo, es súper agradable, con todo y de verdad todo lo que necesitábamos. Viaje con mis dos hijos que son adolescentes y estuvimos como en casa. Los balcones son muy agradables y esta situado a un paso de Vitosha. Muy bien comunicado.

+Appartement fabuleux, extrêmement bien situé, grand et très beau, tout confort. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet appartement, décoré avec goût et avec de beaux volumes. Beaucoup de rangement et d'équipements ce qui était très agréable,tant que la cuisine que dans les chambres. Le balcon et la terrasse sont de vrais atouts qui permettent de profiter de l'ambiance de la ville par beau temps, mais tout en restant très calme et silencieux pour les sommeils légers. Nous y retournerons sans l'ombre d'une hésitation 😊
−Salle de bain un peu exiguë, mais efficace. Attention l'appartement se situe à plusieurs étages sans ascenseur, cela permet le calme et la vue depuis la terrasse, mais c'est à prendre en compte si soucis de mobilité.
