“A good accomodation experience close to lake in Sevan”
+The host was very nice and very friendly. The place is well located in the city. Although the surroundings are not appealing the apartment itself is well equipped with full kitchen and really nice bathroom. There is a very small bedroom and confortable sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a child or two
−The price is a bit high compared to similar accommodations we had in the same country.

“Excellent apartment.”
+We made a booking for one night we extended it to 5 nights , really had a truly delightful experience. Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

“Exceptional”
+非常好，强烈推荐。It's new on booking, so there weren't any specific reviews. The location on Google Maps is incorrect, leading us to a home where a local family kindly helped us. They even drove us to what we thought was the correct address, with their three kids squeezed into the car with their mom and dad. However, once again, we ended up knocking on the wrong door. After an hour and a lot of warm-hearted assistance, we finally arrived at our destination. This experience became a memorable adventure, showing us just how friendly Armenians are. (Tip: Use Yandex Maps in this area. The guest house is the right-hand room on the 3rd floor of the outermost gate.) To our surprise, the interior was modern and well-equipped. The sofa bed, which is usually uncomfortable, was so cozy that we couldn't bring ourselves to get out of it. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook and make coffee. The water pressure was strong, even though the host warned us that the water might be turned off after midnight. Thankfully, that didn't happen during our stay. The location is great,just a 15-minute walk to the public beach and a five-minute walk to downtown.
−One bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains, and there's no hairdryer. I'm sure the host will gradually address these issues.

+Арам - очень внимательный хозяин, встретил, рассказал, что посетить в первую очередь. Квартира чистая, свежий ремонт. Есть все необходимое. Тихий район. Близко магазины, банки, кафе и озеро Севан. Все в пешей доступности 7-10 минут. Почти все дни пока были в Севане, обедали в столовой «Бон аппетит», она ближайшая к квартире. Вкусная кухня.
−Сам двор и дом старенькие. Ночью периодически кто-то гонял на машинах. Но это особенность города и менталитета.

+이불이 가볍고 따뜻해서 참 잘잤습니다. 여분의 이불과 깨끗한 침대보, 이불보도 넉넉히 준비되어 있었습니다. 부엌이 넓고 모든 주방기구를 골고루 다 갖추어 요리하기 편했습니다. 바로 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 3개나 있어 식자재를 사기 좋았습니다. 아파트가 넓고 깨끗하여 편하게 이용했습니다. TV 2대, 세탁기, 냉장고, 빨래건조대, 다리미, 헤어드라이기 등도 다 갖춰져 있어 잘 사용했습니다. 휴지는 머무는 날짜 수만큼 준비해주셨고, 수건도 큰 것, 중간 것, 작은 것까지 종류별로 챙겨주셔서 편히 썼습니다. 숙소 안의 모습은 부킹닷컴에 올려져 있는 사진과 똑같습니다. 창밖으로 큰나무가 바람에 흔들리고 낮엔 거실과 방에 햇살이 잘 들어옵니다. 또한 탁 트인 하늘과 저 앞집의 아파트가 보립니다. 주인이 참 친절합니다. 내가 예약하자마자 바로 주인이 메시지로 숙소를 찾아가는 방법과 만나는 방법 등의 안내사항을 먼저 알려주었습니다. 보통의 경우, 다른 숙소는 내가 먼저 연락해야만 했었습니다. 그외의 나의 질문에도 늘 친절하게 답하고 도와주셨습니다.
−부팅닷컴에서 보여주는 이 숙소 지도의 위치가 사실과 조금 다릅니다. 부킹닷컴의 지도에 표시되는 지점은 바로 옆건물 아파트이긴 하지만, 나는 이 숙소의 주소인 8번지를 직접 구글지도에 입력해서 찾아야만 했습니다.

+Уютная чистая квартира, все белье и полотенца в наличии и чистые, плита, холодильник и стиральная машина в отличном состоянии, расположение в центре города, в соседнем доме магазин, в 2 минутах неплохое кафе-столовая Хозяин очень внимательный и приветливый Все понравилось, спасибо большое за отпуск :)

+Сама квартира очень уютная и светлая, все продумано для комфортного проживания. В кухне все есть, можно готовить. В квартире чисто и порядок. Хозяин встретил, все объяснил: где что находится. И даже предложил свозить нас по близлежащим городам. Рекомендуем для семейного отдыха! P.S. рядом замечательное кафе "Bon appetit" с ну ооочень вкусной кухней

+Очень хорошая квартира, со свежим современным ремонтом,просторная! Хозяин доброжелательный и гостеприимный. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания. Рядом расположен банк, рынок и множество магазинов, очень удобное расположение. Это самая лучшая квартира,которую мы смогли найти в Севане! Рекомендуем!
