“Never judge a book by it's cover!!”
+Once inside the building it was very nice indeed with a marble staircase to the rooms and a lift. The flat was very spacious and had everything a guest could need on a cooker, fridge I Ron, Ironing Board and a tumble drier. There was a shop 200 mtrs away for the little essentials I forgot to bring. As I was only there for one night it was wonderful.
−The neighborhood was a little rundown making me feel uneasy about going out after dark, however I had no problems and with that one exception the whole experience was wonderful

“Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your health and vacation ruined!”
+Nothing. I had to leave immediately after check-in and drive to another country because the property was completely uninhabitable.
−WARNING: UNINHABITABLE AND HAZARDOUS PROPERTY! I booked this flat for a stay, but I spent 0 nights here because the level of filth and neglect poses a severe health risk. Severe Toxic Mold: The bathroom and shower area are covered in thick black mold. The air was impossible to breathe. Disgusting Hygiene: The coffee machine and kitchen appliances were covered in thick, sticky grime, old crust, and heavy limescale. No Basic Cleaning: There was thick dust, garbage, and food crumbs/debris left under the living room furniture. It clearly had not been cleaned before my arrival. When confronted with photographic evidence, the host flatly refused to issue a refund. Booking.com customer support even admitted in writing that the property had "severe hygiene and health issues," yet the host chose to keep my money for a service they failed to provide. I had to flee Bulgaria at night and book emergency accommodation in different country just to have a safe place to sleep. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your health and vacation ruined!

+Dobra lokalizacja, właściciel odpowiada w miarę szybko.
−Obiekt chyba nie jest sprzątany między gośćmi, duży brud. Woda była zimna ale to akurat były prace techniczne w elektrowni. A tak to syf, syf i jeszcze raz syf.

“Muy muy sucio”
+Lo único bueno la ubicación
−La limpieza en general. Nada más llegar al alojamiento tuvimos que buscar aspirador/escoba para limpiar. El sofá estaba lleno de pelos/pelusas (nuestra hija iba a dormir en este supuesto sofá-cama) y por la falta de higiene y de sábanas no pudo usarlo (aclarar que tiene alergia a los gatos y nada más llegar tuvimos que medicarla). El baño también estaba bastante sucio,tuvimos que pasarle desinfectante y la bañera se atascaba todo el rato. Las ventanas, balcón,cristales y armarios igual (aunque eso realmente no nos afectaba para las 2 noches que íbamos a pasar), la cocina más de lo mismo, migas, pegotes de café en la encimera. El suelo estaba con restos de porqueria y obviamente sin pasar la fregona (con pegotes). No hay cortinas y justo enfrente tienes las ventanas de otros edificios , por lo que intimidad nula. Las sábanas no daban mucha confianza tampoco, había arena en la cama. La verdad que nunca nos hemos encontrado con un alojamiento así.

−Uwaga, ten obiekt nadaje się wyłącznie dla 2 osób! Oferowanie go dla większej liczby osób jest NIEuczciwe. Sofa, na której mają spać pozostałe osoby nie nadaje się do niczego, no, może na legowisko dla psa. Zepsuta nie układa się w legowisko, koszmarny brud, gospodarzu! tak nie można! Może Booking by zwrócił uwagę?
