+Location, location, location! Beautifully and elegantly renovated apartment in an old building, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice space in the living room, well equipped kitchenette.
−A microwave would have been useful, but this is not something to change our opinion: good value for money in Constanta in a very comfy and clean apartment.

+Location, confort, apartment's size, as well the fact that is close to the old town, a lot of restaurants and cafeterias around. The owner managed to equip the apartment to fit all requirements for family as well for individual tourists. In one word, EXCELENT!

“Second time here and the flat gets even cozier :)”
+It's our second time here and everything was fine! The location was perfect, really close to the sea, making it easy to explore the area. There are nearby markets and restaurants, along with convenient access to public transportation. The facilities were excelent, with full amenities that made the stay comfortable and convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks for having us, and see you next time!

+Très bel intérieur, très haut plafond, Tout est vraiment propre et surtout très bien agencé dans chaque pièce. Meubles modernes et choisis avec goût. Vraiment magnifique. Très bien équipé et correspond à ce qui est notifié sur le site Beau carrelage Ce qui est très appréciable est la mise à disposition d'une deuxième télévision dans la chambre. Nous n'en avons pas eu besoin mais nous avons constaté d'une mise à disposition d'une climatisation dans chaque pièce (grande salle et chambre) ce qui doit être appréciable en été. Nous avons apprécié la taille des pièces (grande salle, chambre et salle de bains) Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur sympathie et leur gentillesse à notre égard ainsi que leur goût pour la décoration de leur logement. Bonne continuation à eux..
−D'un premier abord, c'est le couloir de l'immeuble le point faible mais dès qu'on rentre dans le logement, le couloir est oublié et effacé de la mémoire.

“Piękne mieszkanie w klimatycznej kamienicy w centrum blisko plaży. Czego chcieć więcej?”
+Apartament znajduje się w samym centrum, naprzeciwko parku w niedalekiej odległości od plaży. Usytuowany jest na II piętrze w historycznej, prawie 100-letniej zabytkowej kamienicy. Mieszkanie jest czyste i świetnie, ze smakiem urządzone. Z ogromnej sypialni można wyjść na mały, ale uroczy balkonik, by relaksować się w cieniu zaglądającej do okien rozłożystej lipy. Salon z kominkiem na przemyślane strefy do odpoczynku czy spożywania posiłku. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzeba. W łazience oprócz dużego, wygodnego prysznica jest także pralka.
−Goście powinni pamiętać, że to stary budynek, więc nie ma tutaj windy. Nie należy też się "przestraszyć" klatki schodowej z krętymi schodami, balustradami, skrzypiącymi podłogami itp. - to ma NIESAMOWITY KLIMAT! :) No i należy pamiętać, że plaża owszem jest blisko, ale trzeba do niej zejść sporą ilością schodów ;)

“O locatie cu totul deosebita !!”
+Este o locație aparte, peste așteptări. Cochet, curat, o sufragerie luminoasa unde poti lua masa, dormitorul cu totul deosebit, patul extrem de confortabil , ușile mari dinspre balcon prin care soarele ne saluta in fiecare dimineata, un balcon de unde se vede tot bulevardul si unde am avut cele mai frumoase treziri la cafea. Cu gazda am comunicat in permanenta si ii mulțumim pentru toată disponibilitatea sa. Și un mare plus - extrem de liniște!
