“Really lovely spot.great location”

+Very nice property for a holiday. Very well equipped kitchen and utility room, with cupboards various essential items. Perfect location for all the restaurants etc that El Cotillo offers, generally a lovely area to stay.
−Wifi didn't reach to the back bedroom. The graffiti wallpaper is SO unattractive.

“Perfect apart from the stench.”
+Great location. Close to what is essential. Quiet.
−For the last two days, it was almost impossible to sleep because of the stench of sh** coming out of the canalization on the patio. I had to sleep with windows closed.

“Exceptional”
+It looks smaller than It actually is. Very comfortable beds, everything you might need is in the kitchen, location is quiet but near everything. It was perfect! Also the owner replied very fast when asked about things and on the last day we forgot the keys inside while loading the car and the owner come to us very fast even though she was on a meeting far away. Forever grateful.

“Surprised - very good place for small money.”
+This was a wonderful town, apartment was some minutes from beach. Surf-beach was some minutes to drive, but road to surf-beach was not too good. We found parking place near every day. It was very good apartment for four, we were three and it was more than enough. Everything worked and host was caring - we got during our stay tips. On last day we found, that there was only windows to balcony and no on to street. Highly recommend.
−For Northern Europe people its not common, but often is south - there were ants.

“Komfortabler Aufenthalt in El Cotillo”
+Das Apartment hat eine super Lage und auch der Zuschnitt mit Zimmern ist praktisch
−Es haben einige Küchenartikel nicht gut funktioniert oder gefehlt: ein neuer Wasserkocher müsste dringend angeschafft werden, mindestens eine Pfanne müsste angeschafft werden, die anderen sind sehr zerkratzt, und ein Toaster sollte auch noch vorhanden sein-Leselampen am Bett würden sehr angenehm sein. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und ich habe auch für kommendes Jahr wieder gebucht. Bis auf die Kleinigkeit, die zu verbessern sind war alles sehr ansprechend. Etwas hellhörig das ganze-wenn laute Feiern( wir waren zu Ostern da) stattfinden, kann es etwas störend sein aber erträglich. Die Betten waren sehr gut

“Muss es immer so perfekt sein?”
+Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage bezüglich der Entfernung vom Strand und Geschäften sehr gut. Nur leider die kleine Terrasse oder eher der Eingang zur Wohnung befand sich unmittelbar auf der von Touristen begehbaren Straße, also war es gewöhnungsbedürftig. Manchmal aber auch sehr lustig.
−Wir haben direkt auf ein altes, renovierungsbedürftiges Haus geschaut.

“Leider keine Terrasse”
+sauber, günstig und gut gelegen
−Es gibt keine Terrasse, nur einen Türeingang, der damit womöglich gemeint ist, aber keine Möglichkeit sich dort aufzuhalten. Da die Terrasse der Grund war, warum wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden haben war das sehr enttäuschend. Es gab auch keinerlei Hinweise zum WLAN oder wie mit Müll umgegangen werden soll. Das musste extra angefragt werden und dann wusste die Person nicht einmal, wo die Mülltonnen in der Nähe sind und hat uns gebeten in Geschäft nebenan zu fragen. Die Kommunikation war nicht besonders freundlich.

+Très propre et très bien équipé. Tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. Facile pour récupérer les clés . Emplacement idéal. À pied à 1 min de l'océan et 10 min de plages exceptionnelles. Super séjour pour un mois de décembre avec du beau temps . Tout était parfait. Très bon restaurant à proximité : "la vaca azul" avec une vue incroyable et bar tapas " los cazadores". Beaucoup d'endroits à voir et villages à découvrir à quelques kilomètres. Voiture obligatoire pour visiter l'île.
