−For a longer stay, it would be nice to have more space to hang things (like laundry that can’t be tumble dried, but not a crisis. ☺️

“Great location, small space”
+Even though its small (matching description) it was well designed and comfortable. We especially appreciated the folding chairs and tables to have a place to sit besides the bed. Quiet area and Clean with comfortable beds. Hosts was very communicative.
−The shower in the bathroom was in the tub (to avoid making the whole bathroom wet). It had very high walls and would be difficult for someone with limited mobility

+An exceptional place with extraordinary people , they literally saved my holiday! I cannot recommend Cosmo highly enough. Beyond the excellent accommodation, what truly sets this place apart is the extraordinary kindness, compassion, and genuine care of the people running it. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and flexible in arranging my arrival. But what happened during my stay went far beyond anything I could reasonably have expected. I suffered a serious knee problem that left me bedridden and struggling to find crutches. Feeling rather helpless in a foreign country, I turned to the staff for assistance. Without hesitation, they went out of their way to find crutches, arrange the order, and organise express delivery so I could regain some mobility. I genuinely doubt I would have received this level of personal attention and dedication even at a prestigious five-star hotel. At Cosmo, the well-being of guests is clearly not just a promise , it is a genuine priority. They don't simply provide accommodation; they truly care about the people staying with them. Beyond this exceptional experience, the value for money is outstanding, especially by Japanese standards.

+Great location, nearest ststion hiro-o is less than 10 minute walk. Surrounding area is lovely with plenty of restaurants and a couple of 7-11. Small bar, Robby, is only 2 minutes walk away. The room is small but cosy.
−Would have liked some glasses for a drink and plates would be useful as it has a mircrowave.
