+The property exceeded my expectations in terms of size,it was much larger than it appeared in the photos and felt more like a proper space than just a small studio. The bed was very comfortable, and overall the studio had a great vibe, with stylish interiors, well-coordinated colors, and a charming vintage bathroom and kitchen. I will definitely book again when I return to Budapest.
−If I were the owner, I’d focus on making the space feel cleaner and fresher. It wasn’t dirty, but it lacked that truly fresh feel and would benefit from a more thorough deep clean,after that, it could easily be a 5-star place. The kitchen could also be better equipped, especially with more pots, and an Italian coffee maker would be a great addition instead of relying on capsules

+It was really cosy, beautiful and mostly clean. The rooms are exactly like they are shown in the pictures. The location was perfect really close to the metro,tram and bus stations.
−Could be warmer. Especially in February when it's really cold outside the heat is not enough and as far as I'm concerned there wasn't an adjustable thermostat.

“Overall, everything else was good, and I would still recommend this place.”
+The location is excellent,very close to the metro and to everything you need. The room is pretty and comfortable. The host is very kind and allowed me to check in at 1 PM instead of 4 PM, which I really appreciated.
−The room felt a bit cold, especially since January in Budapest is very cold. There is one electric heater in the bathroom and another in the living room, but it was a little weak for heating the entire apartment.

−Appena entrati nel loft c'era una puzza di polvere nauseante, solo le parti visibili erano pulite, finestre prese di corrente ed i 2 soppalchi erano pieni di polvere, i muri lasciati grezzi sono belli esteticamente ma pieni di terra e polvere, perché non trattati con vernice trasparente, all'esterno c'era puzza di fogna, l'ingresso del loft è a piano terra di un cortile di un palazzo dove al centro c'è un tombino della fogna aperto, l'armadio a 3 ande una pulita e 2 sporche, delusione totale, allego foto

+Drugi pobyt i drugi raz świetne wrażenia. Proste zakwaterowanie i check out. Kompletne wyposażenie, świetna lokalizacja. Wszystko blisko, obiekt w spokojnym patio a za bramą tętniąca życiem ulica. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysto, przestrzeń. Można odpocząć. Klimat industrialnego loftu i nie trzeba wspinać się na piętra bo wszystko na parterze. Mam nadzieję powrócić w przyszłości i polecam

“Posizione perfetta e host gentile e disponibile, molto consigliato”
+Il loft è molto bello, posizione perfetta a pochissimi passi dalla metro 3. Elisa è stata gentilissima, appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il riscaldamento ma in pochissimo tempo è riuscita a sistemare il tutto
