“10/10”
+The location and building was excellent
−There was a large stain on the sofa bed and no fitted sheet included. Therefore it was just a loose sheet to put over it. If it was a fitted sheet I would’ve been fine but it was uncomfortable not having the unknown stain covered.

“Fantastic apartment, perfect location, and exceptional hospitality!”
+We had a fantastic stay and would happily give this apartment a 10/10! The location is absolutely excellent. The apartment is just about 70 meters from a Metro Line A station, with a direct connection to the airport bus, and very close to tram and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops right outside the building. Everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay is within easy reach. The apartment itself is large, bright, modern, and very comfortable. Everything feels new, clean, and well maintained. The bedroom is particularly spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. Both rooms have air conditioning, and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The shower is excellent, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Each guest receives a bath towel and a hand towel, and the heated towel rail is a very useful touch, making it easy to dry and refresh your towels. The entire building is clean, pleasant, and well maintained. There is an excellent elevator, and even a gym and laundry facilities. The hosts deserve special praise. −If you're readingbthus first, notuce we gave this apt 10/10 score. WiFi connection in bedroom is very weak and disconnecting. If you think about layinng in bed and browsing apps, you'll be disappointed. A full-length mirror would be a welcome addition. The apartment is not particularly soundproof, so you can sometimes hear noise from the street and neighboring apartments. Neither of these issues significantly affected our stay. We can't comment on parking arrangements, as we didn't have a car.

−The bead was not comfortable. The matrace has a huge dent in it. Room windows can't be closed 100% because the windows were old and not functioning properly. The traffic from the street can be heard in the apartment.

“Modern, Comfortable Apartment in a Great Location”
+A modern and comfortable apartment, exactly as shown in the photos. It is conveniently located in a central area, just a short walk from metro and tram stops and around 2 km from the Old Town Square. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out are straightforward thanks to the automated access system with a code, and communication with the hosts was smooth and efficient. Overall, a great place to stay in Prague. Highly recommended!
−The only minor downside is some noise from the trams passing close to the building, but nothing too bothersome.l

“Great apartment on the great location :)”
+It was clean, modern and very well equipped. Communication was very easy and they were very responsive to our messages. We were also able to leave our luggage at their luggage place, which was a huge help to us. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated their flexibility and helpfulness.

“Zentrumnahes schickes Apartment”
+Küche top ausgestattet, Apartment super komfortabel und sehr durchdacht, Waschmaschine und Trockner extremes Plus!
−Im Bad waren noch alte Zahnputzreste am Schrank, das "kleine" Handtuch war viel zu klein, die nächste Größe war ein Badehandtuch. Eine kleine Spülmaschine fehlte. Wenn diese in größeren Apartments auch nicht vorhanden ist, würden wir nicht nochmal dort buchen.

+Emplacement proche du métro et du tramway, très pratique dans un quartier agréable. L'appartement est proche des lieux à visiter.
