“A home away from home”
+We had the best stay here! Ernesto was ready to answer all of our questions. The appartment was very big and had everything you can possibly need. In the center of Ferrara, shops and restaurants nearby. Parking also nearby. Super!

“Would happily stay here again.”
+A spacious, comfortable apartment, with very helpful owners. Very central in a lovely City, felt very much at home. An issue with the air conditioning resulted on the last night in our being moved to another apartment, but this was handled in a very kind and helpful manner. Would recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Ferrara.
−Would have liked a clothes drying rack on the terrace, and cushions for the terrace chairs. Minor issues, not a real problem.

“Outstanding base to visit Ferrara - or just relax”
+An exceptional place to stay in a beautiful city. The flat is in a lovely old part of town, though everything is smart and modern inside. It's moments from the cathedral, and other sights are an easy walk away, along with shops, restaurants etc. The host is very helpful and friendly - he doesn't live on the premises but came to let us in and show us round.
−Not a problem for us but note that there are stairs to reach the flat and also inside as it's split level.

+La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento está limpio y tienes todo lo que necesitas,. La terraza es muy agradable, el baño es grande y el dormitprio también, la cama es muy cómoda.
−Casi todo me gustó. Hay unos escalones entre el baño y el dormitorio con los que hay que tener cuidado. No es un alojamiento adecuado para personas con movilidad reducida. No era nuestro caso.

“Centralissimo!”
+Attico/mansarda davvero ben ristrutturato nel pieno centro di Ferrara, a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale che porta verso la piazza della cattedrale. Bel terrazzino al piano, bagno e camera al piano superirore. A meno di 100 metri c'è un piccolo parchegio multipiano estremamente comodo (ma estremamente caro, più di 30€ al giorno).
−La parete che divide la camera dall'appartamento adiacente è di carta velina, si consiglia uso di tappi per le orecchie, basta che qualcuno dei vicini parli e sembra di avercelo in casa. Mancano delle padelle in cucina (una delle due non è nemmeno utilizzabile con il piano ad induzione).

“Bien dans l'ensemble”
+L'espace dans l'appartement et la situation dans le centre historique.
−Mauvaise insonorisation de l'appartement, notamment dans la chambre. Nous avons été réveillés, à deux heures du matin par des discussions dans un appartement voisin. D'autre part, l'équipement ne correspondait pas au descriptif : lave linge ? ; sol en marbre ? En réalité simple carrelage.

“Wir haben unseren Kurztrip nach Italien und Ferrara sehr genossen und kommen bald wieder. 🫶🏼”
+Die Lage war direkt im Zentrum und man hatte von Restaurants, Apotheken und Supermärkten alles in laufbarer Nähe. Ernesto hat uns bei der Parkplatzsuche per WhatsApp unterstützt. Der Kontakt war daher sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet und für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig. Ferrara ist nicht groß, daher war es für uns als Aufenthalts- und Rückzugsort perfekt nach dem Großstadttrubel.
