“Not worth it”
+It was not clean at all.
−Not clean, air conditioner doesn’t work, bad host. She made us send our passport information in chat and told us 2 hours before if we don’t send passport information, she will cancel on us. She kept talking about Italian law that she needs our information, but the law says that the host has to come and check it in person and not send it online, so she kind of forced us to send our passport information.

+The location is really good
−It was hot the days we stayed there. The air conditioning seems to be not working. There was so many about 3 but they all seems to be blowing the fan only no air conditioning.

“Worst experience ever”
+Overall: only the location (but extremely noisy) was good, 100 meters from Moscova metro station and lots of bars, shops and restaurants. The sofa bed and wifi was good too. The rest was way, way, way below expectations and didn't match up with the description on booking.com :((
−The host didn't respond at all allthough several requests were made even by interference of booking.com It lasted more than two weeks before the host replied on several messages that were sent earlier by us/booking.com ((( Extremely noisy at night and every night it was till dawn (better book a hotel instead) Loads of things have to be restored: the ceiling boards were loose, a piece of wood of the floor was missing, the shower door is far from waterproof because the doorstrips weren't fitted right so the bathroom floor becomes flooded. Mould in the shower.

“Good apartment but alot need to be done to get a pleasant stay. Most important communication.”
+The property was clean and all set. The location is perfect and the area is quite fine. Many restaurants around and about 15 minutes walk to china town and 15 min to Carrfour supermarket. The apartment is worth it for couple days to weeks if someone plan to see Milan, como och lugano or other areas nearby. Dont come early coz u wont be able to come in coz the keys are on an app. Plan your arrival to be around 14:00 so that u wont have to wait as we did.
−The kettle was very dirty and the precipitation could have been removed. The communication with the host was very terrible, getting answer after couple days. No response to some questions related to the apartment. Communication was very poor. Avoiding questions was something the host did. To much noises could be heard as the windows are not tightly sealed. The apartment was cold and the answer we got was that the temperature is centralized and nothing can be done about that. The key which a link u get from the host didnt work on out last day and luckily we had the normal key with us. Shower gel and other stuffs were not provided enough for the booked period.

“Un appartement bien placé et plutôt bien équipé pour un court séjour !”
+L’emplacement qui a permis de visiter Milan à pieds !
−Pas de double vitrage et rue plutôt bruyante… le lave vaisselle bien présent mais non compris dans le tarif… la porte de la salle de bain défectueuse.

“Appartement idéalement situé, mais avec des améliorations à apporter.”
+Emplacement idéal pour une découverte du centre de Milan. Belle vue depuis la chambre (vue sur la ville). Bons restaurants et cafés à proximité.
−Climatisation un peu bruyante. Porte de salle de bains difficile à ouvrir et fermer. Porte d'entrée qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

“AC not working, apartment in very poor condition”
+Lokalizacja to jedyny plus tego apartamentu.
−Brak klimatyzacji. W apartamencie była dostawiona przenośna klimatyzacja, która wymagała otwartego okna aby zamontować rurę odprowadzająca ciepłe powietrze, co mija się totalnie z celem. Na zewnątrz było 35 stopni z w środku nawet więcej, bo ta klimatyzacja nie wyrabiała się. Brak środków czystości w łazience jak i w kuchni. Mimo że jest pralka to właściciel nie zapewnia żadnych środków piorących. Drzwi od łazienki popsute i ciężko się zamykały. Brodzik zapchany przez co woda się wylewała. Panele podłogowe w niektórych miejscach uszkodzone i napuchnięte od wody. Nawet butelki wody nie było, aby po przyjeździe można było się napić. Przez 6 dni ani razu nie zostaliśmy zapytani czy czegoś nam potrzeba, właściciel nawet nie odpisywał na wiadomości.

“Soggiorno Meraviglioso”
+L'appartamento è come dalle foto, luminoso, letti comodi, a due passi dalla metro Moscova. Enorme facilità a ritirare le chiavi in totale autonomia. Il personale molto disponibile e professionale. Supermercato Carrefur molto vicino e molti posti da mangiare. Vicino casa consiglio Osteria Brunello la classica cotoletta milanese era squisita.
−La porta scorrevole del bagno era rotta, non si apriva e non si chiudeva.
