“Beautiful apartment, well appointed, equipped, and amazing location. too many HIDDEN EXTRA FEES.”
+beautiful apartment. had essentials. no toiletries if thats important to some (but wasn't for us) and no cooking items (like olive oil, salt, pepper, basics). no elevator, but again not an issue for us but could be problematic as dutch staircases tend to be steep and narrow. parking very close and at a good price. host was accommodating to our plans changing last minute which we appreciated very much
−I was asked for a lot of upfront information (selfies, IDs, and a "choice" of a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or an exorbitant refundable one). It's really not convenient to be asked for all this information beforehand, have to pay taxes and other fees separately, and then be faced with the choice to pay more than a hundred EXTRA euros for a deposit ON TOP of the booking fee or a NON-REFUNDABLE "guest favorite" option of an extra 17 euros that I'll never see again. Should be upfront about this.

−The number and steep stairs weren’t mentioned- ok for us but wouldn’t recommend for anyone that isn’t fighting fit and has luggage. Be prepared for folk coming and going loudly through the night. Check in procedure is a pain in the ….

“Heerlijk verblijf gehad!”
+Fantastische locatie! Alle winkels en leuke restaurantjes om de hoek.
−Trappenhuis is gehorig, dus ik werd zelf wel een paar keer wakker van de buren. Oordopjes zijn wel handig :)

“Goede ligging t.o.v. centrum, helaas kleiner dan verwacht”
+De locatie ten opzichte van het centrum. Schoon. Warme bakker op ca 50m afstand, welke ook op zondagochtend geopend is.
−De accommodatie viel qua grootte tegen bij gebruik door 4 personen. De 2e slaapkamer was te smal (je kan niet aan beide zijden instappen). Op de foto's leek het een en ander groter dan in werkelijkheid. Het was erg warm, de ruimte was niet koel te krijgen. Vanwege geluid van horeca was het open zetten van ramen aan de voorzijde geen optie.

“Ottimo appartamento con eccellente posizione”
+L'appartamento è molto accogliente, con una posizione eccellente per visitare Breda e dintorni. Se sei in auto per il parcheggio fare molta attenzione alle tariffe, alla fine quello di fronte sulla via, penso sia la migliore soluzione, da gestire con app.
−Più attenzione alla pulizia delle scale comuni. Un cliente in partenza, ha lasciato la pattumiera fuori dall'appartamento ed è rimasta per due giorni con odori sgradevoli.
