“Best beds ever”

“Horrible stay because of parking with bad information from the host resulting in getting towed”
+Good location, and the bed were very comfy
−The parking situation was a disaster. There was no parking placard in the unit. The host sent instructions before in a message that if no placard, you needed to get a permit that is good for 24 hours, which apparently it is not. I immediately got a permit when I checked in which apparently expired 4 hours later (!!!) and my car got towed that night at a very hefty price and caused me to have to find a way to get cash, and get transport to the tow yard. This all happened when I was getting ready for a wedding with my family. I talked to another person in the complex who said it's a place that tows non-stop and the permits are a mess. This should have been very clear in the instructions with a sufficient warning...especially since they clearly said it's good for 24 hours. On top of that, the second two days, I had to then pay for a parking permit, which was never listed in the agreement either. Needless to say, this absolutely caused a disaster for me and my family on what should have been a great weekend. I don't suggest staying here unless you want a stressful parking permit situation that you deal with daily. We worried about permits the entire rest of the trip.

“Perfectly located apartment for those who need to be close to Frisco and NW Plano”
+Very conveniently located, comfortable beds and lots of nice linens/towels.
−The quality and quantity of the cookware and silverware, knives was poor and could be improved. The closest were big, but there were absolutely no dressers or place to store things.

“Great apartment in Frisco, Texas”
+Vivian was a great host and went out of her own way to help us during our stay in Frisco, Texas The apartment was big, comfy and located really conveniently near a Target and gas station for our trip in Dallas. The host helped us when we were trying to resolve a slight inconvenience with the car parking registration as our phones could not reach a link that directed us to a website to register our car for parking so she really helped us by communicating through whatsapp and manually completing the registration The pool and gym facilities were very enjoyable as well as the hospitality and kindness from some of the locals we have met at the gym If I came back to Texas, I would definitely stay here again
−Althought I imagine it was not good timing for my group, Throughout most of our stay in the apartment, the WiFi seemed to have gone bust and we had to rely on our mobile data to use the internet. We addressed this to Vivian and planned a delivery for a housekeeping worker to come in and set up the internet in order to resolve the problem, for us it was not an essential amenity, just for the use of convenience as my friends at the time were contacting families from overseas. The good news is, the internet situation was resolved in the last days of our stay in Frisco

“Exceptional”
+I absolutely loved my stay! I did have a small hiccup when I got lost, but the team was so helpful and stayed on the phone with me, which made me feel really safe. The place is wonderfully quiet, and the pool is just incredible! I traveled with my two little ones, and our room was super nice and spotless. I can’t wait to come back if I'm ever in the area again!

“Would stay again, enjoyed the location, pool, and bedding!”
+The bed was super comfortable, laundry and iron in unit was a bonus, great pool, and perfect location close to everything. Wonderful instructions and easy access to the unit.
−While I do not have a lot of sensitivity to noise I was surprised by how much noise you could hear from people above or in the hallways

“Spacious, must stay apartment”
+Spacious, well laid out. All the right necessities to stay. The instructions in the mail to find the apartment, find parking, etc. were all super easy to understand and helpful. I would definitely book again, if available during my travels.
−The living room did not have any ceiling lights. The only lights in the living room were a really fancy and nice floor lamp. The lamp served the purpose but would have been nice to have a brighter, ceiling light.
