+The location of the apartment is great. It's very close to the city center and to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Parking right next to it was not a problem so we didn't even used the included parking. The communication with the host was really smooth and we really liked being able to pick up the key from a mailbox at any time as we arrived quite late. The host had put together some helpful information about nearby restaurants, etc which came in handy to find something to eat late in the evening.
−Nothing really,everything was great.

+The only things I appreciated about this apartment were the private parking and its convenient location.
−This was one of the worst apartments I've ever stayed in. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The entire apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes and had an unpleasant, stale odor. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the laundry machine didn’t even work,it seemed to be there just for show. The noise from the toilet was loud, especially in the room next to the balcony. I would not recommend this place.

“Tight, no hot water, not clean, good location.”
+Location is good, and theres a parking space.
−The photos can be misleading. There is no “living room” space, the whole flat consists of what is essentially just two bedrooms and a shower. Only one of the rooms has an AC. The flat is not particularly clean either. There was no hot water for the two days we stayed at the property. I recommend you look for an alternative accommodation if you can.

+The most important advantage is that it is located close to the center at a good price. Staff are friendly and helpful.
−We were not offered a reserved parking space especially for guests. I parked my car in a place I found by chance
