“Nice apartment, good price-to-value ratio”
+Very good location, walking distance from the center and from the national stadium (which is convenient for concerts). Host is nice, all check-in instructions were detailed and clear. Nice bedroom with a comfortable bed.
−On the first day there was a problem with a parking. There is no reserved place, just shared parking spots for the whole block and first day there were no place to park. Next 2 days I saw parking spots and managed to park there. Also, bedroom is quite small and shower was not so comfortable. No kettle in the kitchen. But overall I can say that it's a good apartment.

+The soundproofing in the house is extremely poor. The landlord has serious communication issues and is full of lies. The apartment upstairs is under renovation, making it impossible to stay due to the noise. In addition, the ground floor of the building is also under construction, and the fencing work is very loud. The landlord’s attitude is also very bad.

“Sufficient for short stays as a couple or solo traveller”
+Clean and tidy with iron, hairdryer, towels, single electric hob, pots/pans, cutlery. The neighbourhood was quiet, though was Christmas and New Year period Nice little bistro on the street
−The noise from neighbours, smell of weed, cigarettes and food The shower needs a rethink, as although is a wet room style, the space on the shower tray is raised and limited, as well as being hugged by the shower curtain. The bathroom is tiny, and would not be suitable or safe for those with mobilty issues. No kettle or microwave

+Csendes, nyugodt hely, egy zsúfolt városban. Aki egy ilyen helyet szeretne, ajánlom. Azt is értékeltük, hogy nem dohányzó. Őrvendünk a választásunak.
−Talán jól jönne, egy mikrohullámú sütő és egy filteres kávéfőző, mert gondolom, nem mindenki kedveli a kapszulás kávét.

“Para un finde barato”
+El espacio para dos días y dos personas está bien. Lo que más nos gustó fue la cama y las almohadas. La cocinita estaba bien aunque había vasos que estaban pegados al armario. Me hizo mucha gracia que había cafetera de cápsulas, pero café en polvo normal... Había lavadora aunque no vimos productos y como estábamos poco tampoco la usamos, aunque tampoco había donde colgar la ropa... El papel higiénico era de muy buena calidad y dejaron gel y secador de pelo.
−El baño era demasiado pequeño. Para usar el retrete bien, pero no había espacio ni para dejal el cepillo de dientes, literal. Lo peor era la ducha, aunque el agua salia con mucha presión y caliente, el espacio era minúsculo (y yo mido 1.60). La cortina de ducha se te pegaba todo el rato y da igual lo que hicieras que empapabas todo el baño. Si que tenían un cacharro ya en el baño que chupaba muy bien el agua, pero daba un poco de asquete. La ubicación tampoco nos gustó mucho, la zona era residencial y tranquila, pero estaba a 2km del centro y solo estaba conectado por un bus que te hacía ma mitad del trayecto. Para ir de la estación norte al piso había 6km y había que coger como 3/4 buses. Mejor tirar de Uber, no de taxi que te sablan.
