+Perfectly located in the centre of Lisbon. Cute decoration and you’ll find everything you need.
−Sadly there’s a moldy smell in the apartment especially upstairs in the bedrooms and because there’s only one window which is able to open all the way it’s hard to get rid of the smell upstairs. Downstairs it’s fine after a couple of days. In the bathrooms there’s also a smell of drainage which comes and goes.

“For a couple with no small kids!”
+The host, Diogo, who received us, was friendly and available to answer our questions via text. He was so kind and helped us carry our little kid's stroller on the stairs to the third floor, as there is no space to store it on the ground floor, and the stairs are too tight and steep.
−Little did we know that the internet would go down the following day after checking so late at night (2:30 am) because it is connected to a router located in the below apartment, whose guest chooses to switch it off at will, affecting our TV and internet browsing. Out of the first five days we stayed in this place, the internet worked only one day without problems. In addition, every night we experienced insect bites (not sure if mosquitoes or bedbugs). We honestly haven't seen any, but this occurred only in one of the two bedrooms (the one with the side window)! We requested that the beds be inspected and replaced, if need be, but we haven't heard from BnBird, except for a sorry message and that "no guests have reported this before!" Now that we left, I hope no one experiences this again.

“Very poor”
−The furniture in the apartment was used and abused. The coffee table had unstable legs. The cover for refrigerator door literally fall off the hinge after first opening. The shower upstairs had mold. The checking was inconvenient and unfriendly. The wood floors were decrepit. There was a nail sticking out of the wooden floor and I ripped my new sock. Some of the windows were impossible to open. The curtains on the windows were skimpy, aged and wrinkled. The city view was disappointing- primarily showing a wall of another buildings on the first floor and zero view on the second floor. The stairs to the third floor were steep and narrow.

“Pleasant”
+I like how it was close to many attractions.
−The place had infinite stairs. Too many stairs and super narrow steps to access the facility. The bathrooms smelled like sewer all the time. We also found several roaches at the property.

“Good”
+The staff was exceptional: really friendly and very helpful! The location was amazing.
−The accommodation itself was very pricey for what was offered, we found some issues with the floor and some furniture that made it a bit dangerous.
