8.0+Loved the bath and extremely comfy bed. The cows and sheep in the paddock in front were a beautiful view. Great that herbs and all cooking necessities were there and small hotplate works a treat.
−As the hosts are trying to do, a connection between the bathroom and the main room would be great. A tweek of the cleaning (mainly cobwebs - roof and dried flowers - and burnt saucepan) and dead ants would be nice and a fold out table to eat from and play games would have helped. These are minor things given what the property provides.

1.0“Quite disappointing”
+The location and the outdoor tub
−Got given the wrong code to enter the property. Had to wait an hour outside in the rain for for the host to get back to us with a poor excuse. Wasn’t the cleanest, facilities listed weren’t available. And the yards were quite overgrown and messy. Even little things like Netflix not being available although mentioned they were. The layout of the property was poorly designed. Featuring a shower in the bedroom that made the walls drip when it was in use. Therefor things like the bottoms of the sheer curtains were moldy. No grout in the tiles ect. Just made the place sse quite uncared for.

5.0“It was a lovely time away quite spot easy to find .just needed to have a few more luxurious touches”
+The bed was very comfortable we had every think you would need for a 1 night stay.
−The fine detail could of been more luxurious maybe block out blinds on all windows . A little Webber BBQ on the deck would be fantastic. Even a portable gas heater fir sitting out side and engoy the night sky. And a orning off the front would be great idea.

4.0“Nice spot for a weekend away, facilities need to be cleaner.”
+Beautiful view and location. Tiny home itself was nice, bed was comfy and kitchenette was good.
−The bathroom and toilet were not clean. Multiple insect nests in toilet and main area in bathroom, spiders and other insects in both areas, spiderwebs all over door frames and ceiling. Bathroom cabinet door wouldn’t close and impacted opening of the shower door. The outdoor seating was water damaged and covered in dirt and plant matter, compost bin had rubbish and alcohol cans left in it from previous visitors.

6.0“Unique accomodation with a few pitfalls but I like the Tiny home concept .”
+Unique tiny home stay
−A long drop toilet has no place in a dwelling. What’s worse is it’s next the kitchen and sleeping quarters. We closed the windows on arrival and realised why they were open when we returned. The advertising did not mention the composting toilet where it lists an ensuite. Never would I expect to find this attached to accommodation, much less on a tiny house accom. For the money I could have many options with plumbing. When the battery power shuts off so does the gas Hob igniter, the gas HWS ignition and my sleep apnea CPAP machine. I consider all 3 essential when paying $220 a night. I wanted the tiny house experience but I expect the facilities to meet the charges. I’ve slept under the stars free and in 5 star at the fee it commands and everything in between. My BnB cottage was consistently awarded 9-9.1 on Booking.com because it was value in its class.
