“Relaxing at short notice.”
+Compact but exactly what I needed. I booked it as my previous host had let me down whilst I was sat in Birmingham airport whatiting for my flight. It’s in a great location and everywhere is walkable.
−Sometimes you could hear people coming and going but that wasn’t really an issue.

+The place is furnished with a desire to make it nice and it has a style.
−The apartment reeks of cigarette smell, the moment you enter it will hit you and you need to get used to it, because it just does not disappear. The hot water is on a gas heater which takes good 5 minutes to get going and the heater required a restart otherwise it was just cold water. The bed is quite small for a couple. Being on the ground floor is also quite dark, the sun from the picture would appear only on during late afternoons for a very short period of time. The fridge is extremely weak. The neighbors have 2 kids which are very loud in the morning.

+I like that it was clean, cozy and in a good neighbourhood.
−You need to use the small shower head, because the big does not have hot water. The room is a little dark

“Ignore this property unless you want to smell cigarettes, dirty bed, and cold shower.”
+Nothing
−The owner doesn’t respond to messages. He is a heavy smoker, and since there’s no balcony, you can imagine how the property smells, you won’t be able to get rid of the smell even if you leave the windows open for your entire stay. The water boiler is broken, so you’ll have to take freezing showers. The bed looks dirty, and the promised white bedsheets look like they’ve been used a thousand times. The pillows are hard and uncomfortable.
