“Perfect location, fantastic host!”
+Location is amazing. Right beside the old town and the Duomo. Within a 5 minute walk you’re at the Como Lago train station (if you want to visit Bellinzona and Lugano in Switzerland) or near the lake with wonderful views of the ships and mountains. Also 5 minutes to use the Funicular. Francesco is a fantastic host, welcoming and helpful. The apartment has everything you need including the umbrellas (we were lucky with sunny weather). Appartement is worth it's name - luxhouse !!! Highly recommend!

“10/10 worth every penny”
+We loved absolutely everything about this apartment, the location, the design, cleanliness, you name it. The kitchen was very well supplied, perfect if you want to cook some meals at the apartment. The ac’s were working very well which was so important in the August heatwave. The host Francesco did absolutely everything for us to enjoy the house even more, bringing an extra fan, towels and even allowing us to store to luggage at the house after check out time. Absolutely fantastic stay and service, i would rate it even higher if i only could😊

+Francesco was a wonderful host who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and had everything we needed. He also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The location in Como is absolutely perfect, offering an easy, pleasant walk to the Como Lago train station, ferries, fantastic restaurants, and a great range of shops.

+This is a really good place. It was easy to get the key, the apartment was very clean and had everything in it you need for a trip. It is well positioned 5 to 10 minutes to the Domo or to the lake.
−Nothing it was fine. The front door slams, but this was not our problem, but maybe a problem for other people in the house.
