“Beautiful convenient Apartment close to downtown Arona.”
+Franco has a lovely two bedroom apt within walking distance of downtown Arona as well as the historic Rocca park overlooking Lago Maggiore. Bathroom has a wonderful glass and tile shower. Kitchen and living room are comfortable and equipped. Perfect place to stay in Arona! And Franco is a thoughtful host.

+Location was close to everything. Hosts were so helpful. Hosts had exceptional English. Hosts supplied extras like salt pepper herbs,to many things to name, that helped with cooking.
−Ceiling was low in some spots but this is impossible to change.

+Уютные апартаменты в пешей доступности от железнодорожной станции. Спасибо Франко за гостеприимство, он всегда был на связи в вотсап и в назначенное время заселил нас и рассказал про возможности жилья. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания: стиральная машина, посуда, микроволновка, плита, духовка и многое другое.
−Иногда отсутствовала горячая вода и душ принять было проблематично.

−Les 2 matelas abîmés sur le lit double. On s'enfonçait au milieu. Une première nuit difficile. Le propriétaire a été informé. Il nous as répondu avoir déjà commandé un nouveau matelas. J'ai fini par dormir sur un lit simple dans la deuxième chambre. Il y avait des toiles d'araignée sur les poutres. Trop de proximité avec les voisins de l'immeuble. Passage par un bout de leur jardin pour entrer dans l'immeuble. On avait l'impression d'entrer dans leur intimé. Je comprenais leur distance et manque d'amabilité. Ils n'y sont pour rien.

+Ho trascorso tre giorni con una mia amica in questo appartamento e siamo state molto bene. Attrezzato di tutto. Il sig.Marco gentilissimo ci ha permesso di anticipare il check in, dal momento che era disponibile. Comodo al lungolago e alla stazione.

+Bien ubicado, zona tranquila pero cercano a servicios y cómodo para moverse caminando. A diez minutos andando de la estación de tren. Apartamento muy bien equipado (tanto cocina como accesorios) y muy limpio, El anfitrión, Franco, muy amable y atento, todo facilidades.
−Poco negativo que apuntar. Las escaleras son bastante empinadas, pueden ser un problema si tienes problemas de movilidad o mucho equipaje, que no fue nuestro caso. Los techos abuhardillados no fueron ningún problema, pese a que mis 2 metros de altura.
