“Experience what it’s like to live in Como”
+The apartment is located in the historic center, offering a superb view over the rooftops toward the cathedral. Sitting on the terrace, you truly feel like you are living in this city.
−The watering of the plants on the terrace is automated, yet some plants were dry. The irrigation system needs to be checked. The smell of food coming from the roof exhaust vents is unavoidable.

“Exceptional Apartments in the Heart of the Old Town - Highly Recommended!”
+We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend these apartments. The apartment is modern, spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, with large panoramic windows, excellent sound insulation, and a stunning, huge terrace overlooking the Cathedral. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The onew Massimo, was very friendly, and explain everything. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town. Everything is within walking distance, including the pier, the train station (approximately 15 minutes on foot), and a fantastic selection of restaurants. There is also an elevator, which is very convenient with luggage. Just one small detail to keep in mind: there are a few steps between the elevator and the apartment, which may be worth considering for guests with limited mobility. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return in the future. We will gladly recommend these wonderful apartments to our friends! A fantastic place to stay, with a perfect location, a beautiful terrace, and a lovely host!

+We are absolutely delighted and satisfied with the apartment. It has all the advantages: 1. Central location (5 minutes walk to the lake, cafes-restaurants, attractions, railway station); 2. The best host (attentive, polite, pleasant); 3. The apartment has everything that is enough not only for a temporary stay, but also for living. 4. It is very clean. 5. Very cheap for that location and conditions. We will definitely come back.

“Perfect”
+Great location! Great flat! Great view! This was a perfect stay! We have been there for 3 days with 2 kids and we found it super confortable. It s in the city centre with a lot of Nice restaurants nearby. The view is amazing and all the communication with the host were perfect.

+De locatie is fantastisch, midden in centrum, alles op loopafstand. Mooi, schoon appartement. Voor ons als gezin met 2 aparte ruime slaapkamers, geweldig. Gastheer is vriendelijk en duidelijke communicatie, behulpzaam.
−Locatie is 's morgens vroeg wat minder, als de glasbakken geleegd worden van de onderliggende restaurants. Bed in 2 persoons slaapkamer had iets breder gemogen. Hoewel goed te doen, moet je een stuk met de bagage lopen, je kunt niet direct voor de deur met de auto komen.
