+Great location, close to train station, supermarket and easy walking distance to the lake and Como centre. Clean and has everything you need for a short stay.
−Both showers are a bit tight.

“Not comfortable at all”
+Location was perfect, easy to get to. The property is spacious but the rooms are disproportionately partitioned.
−The single beds are too small ! Lack of a table and chair to sit in the bedroom. There were stains in the bedsheets and bed covers were dusty. The bathrooms and the showers are too tiny - one can hardly turn around inside the shower No shelf in the shower to place amenities. The kitchen is small even more so with the dinning table inside. Lack of furniture in the living room (only a sofa and a working desk) and that is it. The property is not equipped or designed for a comfortable stay. Everything seems so disproportionate !

+The place is clean, decorated well and has tons of natural light. The hosts were super nice, quick and responsive when we needed help. The place had more than enough space for all of us and was walkable to town and close to the train station which was nice.
−We just got one set of keys. It would have been nice to have two since we split up and went different ways sometimes as a family. And you need the keys to get out of the building.

“Très.bon adresse”
+Si on revient a Côme, on reviendra dans cet appartement. Très bon emplacement. L'appartement spacieux, confortable, les équipements de qualité. Possibilité de mettre la voiture dans le garage en toute sécurité. Même si nous n'avons pas vu le personnel en personne, elles étaient très réactives à nos demandes, la communication est très claire. L'appartement très propre, Cuisine bien équipée.
−Assez difficile d'ouvrir la porte d'entrée d'immeuble, la serrure doit être remplacée par la copropriété. Nous avons essayé de respecter les consignes du tri, mais nous n'avons pas trouvé le bac de tri pour les cartons/papier.

“Geweldig verblijf. Zou het zeker weer boeken”
+Zeer mooi appartement. 2 badkamers met toilet. Overal airco. Mooi groot balkon. Privé parkeerplaats. 7 minuten lopen naar een grote Lidl. 7 minuten lopen naar het centrum. 3 minuten naar het station. Goede instructie om in te checken. Netjes en schoon.
