“Spacious modern apartment with the view”
+Spacious bright apartment near the historic centre and lovely balcony.
−Was difficult to get to the key box with the wheely suitcases as the was no road and there was a problem with opening the fridge door.

“Passable”
+The location is good. You can walk to the lake and restaurants area.
−The dishwasher didn’t work. The only air conditioning available was a portable unit, with its hose vented out the window. The cleanliness was poor: there were stray hairs, dust, etc. in the bathroom drawers, and the toilet wasn’t particularly clean either. In one of the drawers, we even found leftover rhinestones from previous guests.

“A clean and very nice apartment in the most ideal location. Highly recommend.”
+Location was absolutely perfect. Host was easy to contact and welcoming to my needs.
−All the bare necessities were there but the apartment felt a little bit empty. It was perfect for me as I was not in the apartment very much, but I’m not too sure if I would want to ‘hang out’ in the apartment so might look for something else if I were staying longer.

“Our stay was overall good. Better than a hotel.”
+The unit was modern but cold and sterile- nothing on the walls in the way of paintings or other decorations. The electric shutters were nice. The unit was a good size. If we knew the correct train station to get off from Milan it would have been an excellent location. Instead we walked with our luggage quite a ways and it was raining. Lots of closet space.
−Needed a shower not a tub. Had great difficulty getting out of the tub. There was no breakfast included. The key was a bit difficult to open the front door and unit door. Our only communication with the host was through text. Would have been nice to meet the host. There was no microwave and no coffee maker. The central heat thermostat was covered over and said, "do not touch" and there were several cooler nights where we would have used it. The washer did not seen to be able to be used as there was some kind of code needed and there was no dryer.
