−Couldn’t get the fridge switched on but that wasn’t a huge issue for our overnight stay.

“Good value and very clean studio apartment not too far from Central London.”
+Nice, clean, spacious studio flat within easy reach of Loughborough station. Pretty good value for money for the night I stayed there. Nice little selection of teas and some coffee, as well as a few little extras in the cupboards.
−The entrance to the apartment is dark and cramped, and it’s difficult to see the numbers on the code box. I had brief problems getting access at the main door and to the flat a couple of times, although the host was very helpful with sorting this out when I called her.

+Good location, especially for local venues etc. The studio was very basic but had everything you needed. The host, Claudia, was incredibly efficient in providing access details and was lovely to deal with - you could tell she had a genuine interest in ensuring a comfortable stay.
−Posters in the hallway about stolen items, bikes etc were a bit disconcerting.

−Got to the property and couldn’t gain access to the room, the codes worked but the door was locked from the INSIDE. Messages the property and they never replied. Reported to booking.com and they still haven’t resolved the issue over a week later.

“Small affordable room close to amenities with good facilities.”
+Affordable, good facilities and close to tube etc. comfortable bed and a great kitchen. Loads of teas provided if that’s your thing. Shower was good. Bathroom was good too.
−The fan was a bit weak. No extraction in the shower. To be fair I stayed during a heatwave, if the weather was normal then everything would had been excellent. The area was a bit rough. But I walked though late at night and it was pretty quiet. I’m A country bumpkin though so the whole city is pretty rough to me!
