“Nice flat for short stay”
+Great location, mostly good facilities and good value for money
−The WhatsApp message referred to photos that were not attached, so it was a bit like an escape room: working out which lock box, getting it open and then figuring out the “extensible” key meant extendible and finding the catch without the photos! The coffee machine did not work. The vestibule was dark until on our second last day the bulb got replaced. Could not get the shower to stay at a constant temperature.

“It provides value for money as its location is exceptional.”
+It was very centrally located, was clean, was a good size and fairly priced.
−It was fine for the price charged as was furnished very basically and had a very small shower. Also you had to go through one of the bedrooms to access the kitchen.

−Uncomfortable bed, small and moldy shower, bad smell of humidity in whole apartment, especially in kitchen where you can smell also the sewage. Doors cant be fully closed.

“Superb”
+The staff of the management company, were really amazing and helpful, they met my mom for check-in even though it was a code check in, just to help here with the suitcase ☺️ The apartment itself was very clean, and we had a welcome basket with wine and chocolate. The building itself is old, and not Soo well maintained, the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, and the stairs are old so be advised. Having said that, you can see that even though the apartment itself is old, it is very well maintained, cleaned and is very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped, and has everything you need.

“The location was fantastic, but we expected more space in the apartment”
+The location was perfect. Walking g distance to everywhere we wanted to go - if we didn’t have small children with us we would have walked a lot more.
−There was no living space. The living room had been turned into a bedroom, which made the space quite small for our family of 4. And there was a terrible smell in the kitchen

“Da provare se sostare qualche giorno e volete una vera immersione a Libona”
+Ottima posizione in centro, ottima assistenza intervenuta subito per sistemare un problema con divano letto. Buoni gli spazzi
−Arredamento e disposizione degli spazi datate. La notte entra la luce del giroscale nell’appartamento e può dare fastidio Accesso appartamento al terzo piano, lungo vecchia e stretta scalinata, non agile se avete valige.

+Pudemos entrar no apto antes do horário previsto. Ele estava limpo e organizado. As camas já estavam todas preparadas, toalhas limpas e itens de cozinha limpos
−A área do box para tomar banho é bem pequena, mas é padrão europa. O banheiro é grande.
