“Comfortable, cosy, clean and quiet.”
+The property is so clean and tidy. All amenities are of high standard and the bed was so comfortable. Frank even had an electric blanket ready for when I arrived. It was quiet and peaceful and an added bonus was the friendly cuddly cats.

“Great host, fantastic location and comfortable rooms!”
+I was really impressed with everything on this trip. The host was super helpful and kind and made everything easy for me. The rooms were big, comfortable and a great place for me to relax. The location was really easy to get to from the airport (just the SkyBus, a short train ride and a short walk) and was close to where I needed to be during my stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Melbourne!

“UN (comfortable) stay”
+We chose for location and so ticked this box. Large unit.
−The sofa was horrible I’ve advised owner to get a new one it had wooden planks under the cushions so made sitting on uncomfortable. He said he will do. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Well equipped kitchen fridge dishwasher and washing machine. We had to park on street so parking whilst they say is available is not really due to them needing access. Cats are on property this is not listed advised owner he is taking up with booking.com as advised can’t list it.

“Very good value for money and spacious - I would stay there again.”
+Comfortable place was indeed comfortable! It has a full kitchen, and open plan to the living and dining spaces. A separate bedroom and large bathroom with washing machine. It was very comfortable indeed, and very good value for money. One of the host's very friendly cats greeted us each morning at the door - being cat lovers - this was a bonus! They are well trained not to come inside though.
−Although the area was safe, I would have preferred to park on the property and not on the street.
