“Free from worries for any issue.”
+The window of master bedroom couldn’t open. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff was very quick to respond fully to my messages or calls.
−The master bedroom window won't open. It’s better if you can provide enough shamp and bath for 6 people staying 3 nights.

“Braddon Stay”
+The accommodation was comfortable & catered to our needs. The location was good with the tram into the city just down the street. The tram was a brilliant, easy way to travel into the centre of Canberra
−As a critique, some information in regards to where the local shops & clubs were located on a map. We were a bit lost finding the shops. If I was to book this location again, I'd bring my own pillow

“Would definitely stay again”
+Everything was great. Plenty of room & having two bathrooms really made a difference. Large sized towels was a nice surprise.Secured undercover parking & close proximity to everything made for less stress.
−The only thing that was disappointing was grease on the white towels otherwise it would have been 10/10. There was a little noise from overhead tenants however we understand that’s not always considered by them.

“It clean and comfortable”
+It’s very clean and comfortable. It is warm in the winter of Canberra. We don’t feel cold in the room. The property is very secure.
−It is a little bit far from supermarket and restaurants.

“Spacious and convenient”
+Really clean, well fitted out, comfortable and surprisingly large rooms. Also very convenient to central Canberra with close access to regular frequent public transport
−There was a constant loud fan noise in the main bathroom which unfortunately created a constant annoying background noise in the second bedroom. The rest of the unit was unaffected by this noise. I didn't like key pick up not being within an easy walk of the unit

“The apartment was well insulated and warm itherwise we woukd have been cild”
+The property was clean and well presented and close to all amenities
−There was no bed linen for the sofa bed. There was only 1 thin quilt on the bed in the other bedrooms with no top sheet. It was not presented in the add as an air b&b either.

“Convenient Unit to stay in Canberra.”
+Enjoyed the ground floor with patio. Spacious, everything we needed for self-catering for three nights, A medical emergency meant we only stayed two.
−The lock box was hard for a visitor to Canberra to find. Local shopkeepers confirmed we weren't the first to have trouble. Also finding garage entrance was difficult the first time!!

+We attended the Australian Masters games and it was only a quick drive to the grounds Reasonably close to shops and restaurants/clubs
−The toilet kept running all day in the ensuite No face washers provided The main bathroom soap holder in the shower was missing
