+The location was lovely and quiet but still bars and restaurants around us .The property was really well organised with space and structure of bed and kitchen bathroom . We had a bottle of Prosecco and other drinks in fridge . Food in cupboard and local biscuits bought for us .We felt truly looked after and spoilt and at home .

“Perfect stay”
+What a perfect place to stay. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities you need, including a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was in a quiet area and very peaceful; we slept really well every night. Even though it was in a quiet residential area, nothing was too far away. Easy to walk to a lot of places and the Vaporetra was a 5 minute walk away. There was a supermarket 2 minutes away (follow Google, it's down a small alley). There were lots of great restaurants right next door, we tried 3 and couldn't fault them, better than the ones in the tourist areas. The apartment overlooked one of the canals. It was lovely to sit and have breakfast while watching the world go by on water! All in all, it was a perfect place to stay. Would definitely stay again if we return to Venice.

+It doesn't get much better than staying on a canal, and facing Tintoretto's house. The property is small but very well-designed: there is plenty of storage and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was big and comfortable. Nadia and Roberto were very welcoming.
−Nadia showed us how to work the coffee machine, but there was too much to take in, and we had difficulties with it later. Perhaps instructions could be provided. The contract for the rental was in Italian, and it would have been useful to have had a translation.

“Stunning view from beautiful and very comfortable apartment”
+Great instructions for getting to the place. Nadia was there waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything and gave us good nearby restaurant recommendations and treats! Incredible view over the canal. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and several nearby supermarkets. Beautifully decorated. Quieter area of Venice which we really appreciated but still an easy walk to everything. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

“The best place you can stay in Venice!!”
+This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Its located in Carranegio, a quite area in Venice, within a short walking distance to all the main attractions. Extremely clean, all modern amenities, and a view to die for. Fantastic restaurants just as you walk out of the place. Beautiful view, overlooking the canal as well. Hosts are delightful.

+We absolutely loved the neighborhood and quiet canal where the apartment is located. The hosts have thought of everything you need, which was great and most welcomed after traveling for a couple weeks. The apartment is well stocked with all the practical things, plus thoughtful touches and even gifts during your stay. We adored our time and were happy to experience the magic of Venice in a quieter part of the city! Absolutely beautiful!!

“Superb”
+Location is fantastic as we love the peacefulness of being away from the crowds. Plenty of wonderful restaurants and neighborhood bars within walking distance. You can walk to San Marco in 30 mins and the house is a very simple (30 mins) to reach from the airport via the airport water taxi. We did have an issue with hot water (things can happen) the first day, but Nadia was very responsive and had it taken care of immediately and kept us up to date. Also, our incoming flight was delayed by 8+ hours. Nadia was very flexible and made the arrival very seamless. Very clean with plenty of household amenities. We would stay again anytime.
