+Kitchen was nice, showers and heating worked fine
−The couch was uncomfortable and soiled, The bed I slept in had partly collapsed springs, garage door opener was broken, signs with rules all over the place and information about hostile neighbours made us uncomfortable, TV didn't work properly. Just needs some investment to bring it up to standard

+The location was great, the layout of the accommodation is good and it was generally a nice stay!
−The accommodation was below average for that price! There was no ironing board, no hair dryer, the oven was disgustingly dirty inside, lots if ants and there are birds constantly in the ceiling above the main bedroom. The towels had an unusual odour when they were used and damp! The garage door needs a remote for short people had to use a broom to use the controls of the roller door!

“DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!”

−Was not clean. Fridge had mold and stunk. Wifi didn't work (had to use phone). Carpets need replacing. Walls need painting as dirty and patched. Bins were full. No remote to lock car up. Beds made us itch all night. Tv in bedroom doesn't work. Back yard untidy. Kitchen stuff was dirty (could not cook had to get takeaway). Old bedding. List can go on.

−Inner laundry door handle broken causing someone to be locked inside. Parking difficult. Garage door broken. Street parking difficult.

+Location was great. We were able to book an extra night to arrive a day early
−Same as in my previous review but also to add-no remote for garrage and no instructions how to open , our tall children managed to reach the buttons on the ceiling. And now not admitting there was an issue with access- we had to ask for the code to get in

“Not ok”
+Locaton was great for where we needed to be.
−All bedding was mismatched and bad quality. No top sheets and doona covers did not look/feel clean. No hand towels. Both bathroom door handles not working properly, one of them got our daughter trapped inside, just as well she wasn’t in the house alone. Shower gel dispenser empty and only holding up with cable ties. Shower head not holding up on the rod. Dirty under beds. Uncomfortable couch. Mismatched blinds and curtains(and one missing), curtain rods bent. Bed base size not matching with mattress size. Back yard messy, with old dining chairs, weeds etc. Bedroom door dragging on the carpet. Woken up by a kid playing basketball right outside our window. And no code at check in time so had to call and message to get it. Noone answers phone calls(we tried calling a few days before arrival and at check in time, no response, but did respond to messages eventually) We are not fussy and happily stay at older/not the latest trend places but this place lacked basic requirements
