“Perfect for a trip to Sibiu”

“Absolute value for money”
+The view from the window was breathtaking! I loved watching the sunset. Very comfortable bed. A well equipped, modern and clean apartment. Air conditioning works well! Parking around the building is free and plenty. You can easily find a spot. Location is great. It is not far from the city center so one can even walk it. Host is helpful and accommodating and gave clear instructions regarding check-in.
−Just two minor points: The air-conditioning in my room was not near the bed and was sort of obstructed by the wardrobe. The door keys and the electricity tab/card were in the same key holder. I couldn't lock the door from inside and have electricity in the room at the same time. It would be nice if the keys were separated so people can have electricity when they enter the room. Also the tab was quite tattered and I was afraid it would break.

−Camera mica, se auzea tot prin pereți ce făcea vecinul sau vecina, camera nu a fost gata la timp deși întrarea este după ora 15:00. ( un apartament improvizat spre a închiria camere) , a fost zgomotos pana noaptea târziu și apoi dimineață devreme când cineva pleca spre servici probabil. Se aud ușile în stânga în dreapta nu mi-a plăcut.

“Binisor la Cloud Studio”
+Studio e destul de ok, dragut dar basic. Comunicarea cu gazdele eficienta. Parcarea mare, gratuita, la locatie e cel mai mare plus.
−Raportul calitate pret nu e suficient de bun, e cam mare pretul pentru ce ofera. E destul de departe de centru si in zona garii… stiam toate acestea dar acel view ne-a atras pentru o schimbare, insa nu e chiar asa grozav, ai vedere la blocuri, obturata de geam matisat in partea de jos. In plus, am constatat ca anumite neajunsuri semnalate anterior de alti clienti, nu s-au remediat … 2 pastile de cafea pentru 2 pers, 2 nopti… este nu putin, e sub minim necesar, am iesit sa cumparam pastile. Dotarile in bucatarie sunt la minim si cam invechite, dar ca si in descriere.

+Die Aussicht ist wirklich schön und man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt. Es gibt einen Aufzug.
−Das Bett ist auf der rechten Seite komplett durchgelegen. Man liegt quasi auf dem Lattenrost. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht warum so etwas nicht erneuert wird. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und hatten gerade mal 2 Kaffeekapseln. Billigste Möbel die inzwischen auch abgenutzt sind. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel den man auch benötigt um überhaupt Strom zu haben.

+Sejurul a fost peste așteptări! Camera foarte curată și confortabilă, exact ca în poze. Personalul extrem de amabil și atent, mereu gata să ajute. Locația este excelentă, aproape de toate punctele de interes. Raport calitate-preț foarte bun. Cu siguranță vom reveni și recomandăm cu drag!
